Wonderful

The unit was ok. Furniture in desperate need of updating. Unit was not clean. Was given a lick and promise by whomever “cleaned”. I had to clean all 3 bathrooms. Floors were filthy! Because of that, I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies. Ispent most of my first day cleaning and disinfecting everything. Sheets do not fit the beds and popped anytime we moved during night. The fact that there is NO washer/dryer escaped me. My bad for not checking. We will not return as I hate going home with dirty laundry. The balcony was nice. The layout is nice

Family Fall Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though it was ocean front, we did realize you could only see the ocean directly in front of you. You did not have a view down the beach due to design of building. Sofas were extremely dirty, refrigerator did not make ice and the upper vegetable tray was broken, mold in the main shower. Vanity was really small. Just not a place I would choose again.

Myrtle Beach Get Away

Overall everything was great. The location right on the ocean was amazing. The pool and lazy river was excellent. The place itself could be cleaner. The vents in the bathrooms were blocked with dust and popcorn ceiling also had dust clinging to it. We arrived late at night,picked up the key but had to go back the next day to sign the form. If we didn't have a rental car this would have been inconvenient. Maybe leave the form with the key so we didn't need to go back to the office. The staff at Avista was wonderful.

The beds were comfortable and the amenities were really nice. The furniture in the living room and kitchen need to be cleaned. The HVAC register was loaded with dust and needs cleaning. Also the icemaker in the refrigerator was not working. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was nice. Easy walk to everything. Beach area was clean. Staff was helpful. Condo needs some work. Furniture was very dirty and worn. Cheap plastic chairs on balcony with only one small table. Bathrooms not clean when we arrived. Light bulbs were out and needed replacing.

Family spring break

Fantastic trip to North Myrtle Beach. Close enough to visit Grandma and also enjoy the beach. Quiet area & felt very safe walking to Main Street. Condo well equipped for fixing breakfast and snacks.

Would recommend.

Overall Great Stay!

We were pleased with our stay. Great location! Plenty of room for a large family. Best views in town! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only thing that we can complain about was that the mattresses could be replaced as they are not very comfortable and seem worn out. A Skywalk from the parking garage across the street would be nice as well. I already have referred several friends to this place as we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to relax

We had a great family vacation! I loved the view, the ease of living and how close we were to fun outings. The staff of Avista were super kind and helpful and the condo was clean and had all that we needed with the acceptation of a washer and dryer. The resort has a washer room but just a heads up, you’ll need lots of quarters. It was a fabulous place, our kids loves the pools and lazy river and the beach location is perfect for families. Thanks again!

Stay at Avista

Check in process was very chaotic, as it was our first time there. Unsure where to park & unload - very crowded. Staff at Avista very helpful. The condo had a beautiful view and room for everyone. Clean and comfortable. Bath towels provided but limited in quantity. We felt very at home :) The Avista staff worked hard keeping the property clean and tidy- very appreciated💜. Thank you for making our family vacation and first time in North Myrtle Enjoyable!

Family Trip for our 40th Anniversary

Took our two married kids. And families and four grandsons . Loved it! Staff very friendly. Plenty of carts and help loading and unloading .

Good but could be better

When we first arrived we loved it. Quickly check in very nice staffing, everyone really helping so we could have a good time, great pools and awesome area to be ,steps from really goods restaurants and stores. The apartment have a great view and very spacious and was very accommodating for our family and friends we were 10. Just some cons: the matress all beds need to be upgraded and as we were cooking in there more kitchen utensils would be good. And what made me more sad was that the apartment did not have a laundry in it . With children a laundry for us is a most have but I think i forgot to check as i was sure that have it, but the building has a coin ones not the same but it wpuld be better if it was inside the apartment. Overall we had such a good and fun time there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk of Avista was helpful if you got the right person. The gentlemen helping with luggage were eager to help. We didn’t need help. When my son found us a luggage cart, one of the gentlemen came and said he needed it. I came around my car and told him I asked him to go get that for me. He stated that he needed it to help someone and took it away from us. I guess his potential tip was more important than being kind. The room was clean on the surface. The corners and closets were not clean. We wondered how clean it actually was after noticing that. The people watching over the pool did more socializing with themselves or on their phone. I had to ask them or the front desk to ask kids to not throw the floats off the bridge or rough house around the littles.

Family getaway

Tub drains were slow draining and could use some unclogging but besides that we loved the rental! Had a great view, was spacious and was perfect for what we needed and accommodated everyone nicely.
