Nice condo, set up well. Not enough towels, be prepared to wash during your stay.There are beach towels to use, some beach toys for kids, books, games. Explore the cabinets for the hidden extras.

This was our first trip to Portofino. The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed to have an awesome vacation. The walk to the beach was shorter than I expected. Communication with Paula was excellent. We will absolutely come back to this resort and book this condo.

2025 Family Vacation

Well kept facilities, beautiful views and conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach and pools every day. Our first stay at the Portofino Resort was many years ago and this return visit did not disappoint.

Spring Break

The condo was very nice. It is a little drive to the downtown area. I liked the location of the condo, with the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other. The Gulf was crazy windy, but the bay was calm.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit/resort. The unit is clean, comfortable and is fully stocked to set you up for a great vacay! The property is close to downtown, but has everything you need if you don't want to leave. The amenities and service are top notch. We will definitely be back and would book this unit again.

Absolutely Perfect – A True Home Away from Home!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VRBO in Portofino Resorts (Tower 2), and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful decor, well-appointed amenities, and breathtaking views.The attention to detail in this home is truly exceptional. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making meal prep a breeze. The spacious seating areas made it easy to relax, and the large smart TVs in every room ensured that everyone had their own entertainment space. It was evident that the owners put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment—we truly felt like we were at a home away from home.Beyond the unit itself, the resort amenities were top-notch. The proximity to the pools, spa, and sauna made our stay feel even more luxurious. Waking up to those stunning views was the perfect way to start each day.I never take the time to write reviews, but this property was so special that I felt it was well-deserving. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway with all the comforts of home and the luxury of a resort, look no further—this is the place to book!

Loved it

The host was easy and great to communicate with. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had comfy beds. We were very happy we chose this unit! We love tower 2 with its proximity to the lifestyle center and distance to beach.

Frustrated from the start

Unfortunately, our 4 o’clock check-in turned into 430. Parking place was taken by the cleaning lady who wasn’t finished with our place until 6 PM while we sat and watched. Because it was awkward she rushed to finish & didn’t do a great job. Paula (property manager) had to have the owner of the cleaning company come back for two more hours to clean the next day. It was only a five day trip and we spent the first day and a half trying to get the place cleaned properly. Property manager never apologized or showed empathy for the frustration. Never offered any kind of credit. The positives were the private pool was nice and the location overall was peaceful.

Beautiful views

Very nice condo with beautiful views of the ocean and bay. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Parking and check in process was easy. Great amenities with the gym, smoothie bar, coffee shop, spa, restaurant, and main pool looking over the bay side. Would recommend for families.

Nice Stay on Gulf Coast

Although the unpredictable March weather on the Gulf Coast was rather dismal during our stay, our family managed to make the most of our visit to Portofino Resort last week. The resort itself did not disappoint! We enjoyed our time at the main pool area and even had the opportunity to play tennis one afternoon. The facilities are impressive and very well maintained. Additionally, the walk and proximity to the beach is excellent. The unit itself was exactly as described - that's the reason we chose it. It was comfortably and tastefully appointed and provided us with exactly what we wanted for a relaxing extended weekend. We would not hesitate recommending this unit and this resort to any of our friends.
