Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominum located in Building 5 at the Kamaole Sands Resort. BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR ALL ROOMS THROUGHOUT JUST INSTALLED!!! BRAND NEW GORGEOUS RENOVATION. First floor very private corner unit with everything on one level, no loft or stairs. Reserved parking directly in front of condo entrance. Great open concept with attached kitchen and family room. All bedrooms have doors and complete privacy. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Tastefully decorated with a coastal beach theme. Two beautiful private ground floor garden patios for eating and relaxing with a small water view. Complex has a gorgeous large pool with multiple hot tubs. Spectacular grounds include 3 new pickleball courts and 3 new tennis courts. All of this just steps from the best stretch of beaches on Maui!

We would absolutely stay here again. The views, ease of access and size were perfect for our family of 6. We have never stayed in such a place well stocked place. Would highly recommend!

Great place with quick and easy access to beach, pool and restaurants.

The owners did a great job renovating their place. The grounds are well kept and enjoyable. Plenty of grills to make cooking outside very easy.

Beautiful place, perfect location

The condo was beautiful and was well equipped with lots of amenities! The ground level lanai was perfect and we used it every day. Great location to beach and walking path. We had an incredible stay here!

Great location, well stocked condo

Good size condo, well stocked and freshly renovated. There is never a bad day in Maui, and the close proximity to the beach is what keeps us going back to this complex. It’s also close to nice restaurants In Kihei and some souviner shopping as well. Was a very comfortable stay, thank you for the accommodation

Excellent family trip

Condo was absolutely lovely. Had everything you could need from chairs, coolers and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. The condo is in a beautiful complex by the beach. We found it to be a very convenient location for exploring Maui. And the host was fantastic, very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Spacious homebase

This was the perfect place to stay on our first family trip to Maui. There was plenty of space, lots of extras (like plenty of soap, laundry detergent, etc...), and was walking distance to shops/beach/restaurants. We appreciated coming back to relax on the patios and making meals at 'home' after busy days hiking or exploring Maui. Everything is a quick drive away. Definitely recommend if staying on Maui!

Walking distance to Beach

If you want to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants, this is your place to stay. The unit itself is very clean and well stocked. This is a big complex with pool, hot tub and bbq grill. Communication with the owner is very good. She is super accommodating and quick to respond.

Maui vacation

Our trip to Maui was amazing! The 3 bedroom condo met our expectations and more. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds are very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and linens. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan you can imagine which made cooking a great option for our family. The bbqs on site and the eating areas were amazing as we enjoyed a few dinners outside. We enjoyed sitting by the pools and hot tubs and the beach is a short walking distance away. Thank you for providing food recommendations and sights to visit around Maui.

FANTASTIC LOCATION

We just loved walking to the beach & the kitchen was well stocked. The A/C in each room was perfect for our group who all prefer different temperatures for sleeping. We ended up in the bedroom with the twin beds and they weren’t the most comfortable, but we’re both 6’ tall and used to a very firm bed. The hosts called after our arrival to make sure everything was ok and were super quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Mahalo

Just love it.

Decent size in all the rooms. Clean and cozy and tasty decorations. This is a corner lot on the first floor. Two lanais are lined with palm trees (the small bamboo-like kind) so it’s very pretty and sort of private. I really enjoyed the lanais every morning and in rainy days. Beach with turtles and nice sands is just across the street. Resort is well landscaped with tropical flowers and has a pool and some bbq stations. Host is excellent in all communications. Wonderful place for a week or two.

ML’s place is beautiful!! Fully stocked with all the essentials and clean The resort and amenities are great and well maintained. The beach is a 5 min walk from the condo and has a lifeguard. Dealing with ML has been a pleasure - very quick to respond to questions and also very quick to take action. We ran into an issue with the AC - the maintenance staff at the resort were quick to come up with a temporary solution and ML was even quicker to get the AC repaired and back up and running - Which was appreciated. We were in Maui at the time of the devastating wildfires and ML was very quick to reach out to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. ML also made arrangements for us to stay on in case we could not make it out on our flight due to the circumstances.

Great Condo for our family!

We enjoyed our stay here at Kamaole Sands! This condo fit our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) just perfectly. The condo was updated and each room has an air unit in it! I must say, the extras of tote bags, baskets and towels for the beach, as well as the beach chairs were so so convenient. I was constantly commenting the the family how nice everything was, as the mom that appreciates these things! They also have a binder with instructions and recommendations that were completely handy. I felt so taken care of! The owner reached out to me and we communicated efficiently. Just a wonderful touch. I cannot say enough about the amenities. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was great too. Just a short walk across to the beach as well. It is such a relief to feel take care of. When searching online for a place, you just never know and can only rely on reviews from others. All reviews are fantastic. While booking, I also had fast and efficient communication. Hands down a great place and great experience! Thank you!

The unit was fantastic. This was the second time we have stayed there. It was very clean and quiet. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. And the air conditioner was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it

Perfect First Trip to Maui for Family of 5!

There are a handful of things that were top priorities as we planned this trip to Maui--enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 5; a pool; a short walk to the beach; and great outdoor space. That doesn't seem like much, but my 12/14/17 yo kids are picky! Choosing to stay in Kihei was our first best decision, which was closely followed by staying at this property! We LOVED everything about this location--the first floor may coming and going (to car, to pool, to beach) SO easy. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could have needed in every room. It very quickly felt like "our place". We really appreciated having 2 outdoor spaces to relax--both for early mornings and late afternoons. The grounds of the property are beautiful, clean, and well kept, and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The location made it an easy drive to every part of the island, and walking on S. Kihei felt very safe. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Family Vacation

This three bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5! We had a wonderful time and the correspondence was always very quick and easy in helping us prepare for our trip! We love Kamaole Sands. Second trip there and we would go again!

Beautiful with lots of space

The condo was beautiful and well appointed inside. We had 6 in our party, 3 generations including 2 teens, and the space and layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. There were only a couple of negatives. Some of the rules were a bit strict which made it feel less welcoming than other VRBOs I’ve stayed in. And aside from a few beach chairs, there wasn’t much available to use at the beach. But overall a great stay!

50th anniversary celebration

My parents have always wanted to go to Hawaii so we came for their 50th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time in Maui! The location of the property is perfect. We enjoyed snorkeling, watching sea turtles, hiking, shopping, watching sunsets and more. The condo was very well laid out and had everything we needed. The concierge at the condo was very helpful in answering questions about the area. We hope to come back one day. We highly recommend it!
