We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek, muddy puddles, and fishing in the pond. The cabin was great and stocked with essentials. Hope to visit again!

If you want comfort, thoughtfulness, and peace, look no further!There is plenty to do right around the corner in Blue Ridge if you want to leave, but we honestly didn’t want to. We caught several fish in the stocked pond, the kiddos played for hours in the beautiful running creek, and the serenity you get sitting on the back porch by the stream is priceless. We were also greeted by several deer with their babies and geese. The host was amazing and checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. We will absolutely be back!

Trout Run Cabin is truly a genuine cabin in the mountains. It is the ideal place to get away and relax. The furnishings are well made and the setting next to a creek with a fishing pond next to the cabin makes it ideal for both adults and children. Leave your electronic devices at home and return to nature! Murray is a great host too.

Cabin had everything needed. Had a great time relaxing by the creek and fire pit. Grandsons loved fishing in the pond and creek. Great getawayhighly recommend!!

We searched for the perfect place that had both a creek and pond and we found it here with this cabin! The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kids loved playing in the creek and fishing in the pond. The traditional cabin was in excellent condition and we loved the wood walls & ceilings. The rear patio was just feet away from the creek and it was so peaceful when going to sleep. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Water was hot and having a large washer & dryer was a luxury. We had deer in the yard every day. Our neighbors were extremely friendly and the kids loved playing with their dogs.Stores & gas start are within close distance, in a straight line, but were maybe 20-25 min away. This is perfect if looking to escape the rat race like we were. There are so many activities to take part in nearby, so you should never run out of options nearby. There are several hiking trails/ waterfalls in close distance, Bigfoot Museum, Mercier Orchards/ store, Toccoa River tubing, etc. Each day was busy but we carved out relaxation time each day. Our kids had permanent smiles on their faces the whole trip. Our host Murray responded quickly to the few questions I had and he was always accommodating. We had no issues or poor experiences regarding the cabin.If you’re looking for the perfect place to take your family, this cabin would be a great choice!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a perfect stay! For us the location is perfect, the cabin is absolutely complete and perfect for our needs. We will be booking again in the future for sure!

Never want to leave

This beautiful cabin is nestled between a creek and a pond. The surroundings are beautiful and you don’t ever want to leave. Can’t wait to be back!
