MAGNIFICENT OCEAN VIEW Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Two (2) bedroom, one bathroom resort style Condo with new patio seating to enjoy MAGNIFICENT Ocean view. Amenities include private beach with BBQ grills near sands. The golf cart comfortably seats four adults (see picture!).

Relax in clean and comfortable condo with equipped kitchen to entertain your guests. Or just take your own GOLF CART into town of AVALON for restaurants, shopping or other fun outdoor activities like jet skiing, kayaking and horseback riding to name a few.

* Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Guests can contact owner with any special requests or concerns. Our goal is to provide you a hassle free and fun stay at Hamilton Cove, a resort like get away. Good place to bring a family with playgrounds for children and IDEAL for active professionals who want to play in the sun. By popular demand: Wi-Fi in the unit is now available for those who insist on working while they vacation!

Disclaimer: the condo comfortably sleeps four adults and up to 2 children comfortably. We are willing to accommodate up to six but past guests suggest it's 'quaint' for six adults.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Beautiful place, golf cart needs exhaust leak fixed. It is really bad and gave us headaches. Beautiful views and great place to stay.

Birthday Getaway

Location and view is amazing! Absolutely loved the property and condo. Only downside is no closets or dresser to unpack, but we certainly made due. Having a golf cart to get around is a must and although golf cart needs some maintenance, it definitely got us around. Owner was helpful and very quick to respond throughout the whole process. I definitely would stay here again

Great family trip to Catalina

This was our first trip to Catalina and this villa was outstanding!!! Great views, spacious, and great location. Villa is in the middle of the building so prepare yourself for the many flights of stairs… but totally worth it.

Great spot and spectacular view!

We stayed here for two nights for a fun getaway with friends. The place was very nice and had a beautiful view! The golf cart was a nice addition and made it easy to get around. Tip for future travelers - drop your luggage at the top of the hill by building 2, less stairs to take your luggage to the condo.

Hampton Cove

Great place! Very clean and amazing views. Took my wife and 2 daughters for my wife’s 50th birthday and we all had a great time. It was nice having a golf cart to cruise the island. Well equipped unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Cute condo on the hills of Avalon. There is no AC, but the fans and fresh air were awesome. Property Manager was really helpful and amazing.

Excellent location in Hamilton Cove

We loved our stay in Hamilton Cove. The property was great, the views and location amazing. The golf cart with the rental was a huge plus and allowed us to explore town even more. Communication with property was very reliable and any questions were answered very quickly. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Beautiful view!

We had a great stay in Hamilton cove! The view was spectacular! The unit was very nice and met our needs! It was nice to have access to the golf cart to get to and from!! Overall a great experience!

Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting

It was a perfect place for our short family getaway with 5 of us. Stunning view with bbq on the patio and a well stocked kitchen. Owner and management were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Absolute paradise!

This place has everything we needed and more! Location was amazing- some of the most amazing sunsets and sunrises we’ve ever seen! There were a lot of steps but nothing our group couldn’t handle. We loved driving around in the golf cart!

Great Location, View and Amenities (Pool, golf, tennis, dock)

Beautiful view with access to Hamilton Cove amenities (pool, beach, golf, tennis). Clean, nice living room and kitchen area, bedrooms smaller than depicted, shared patio not private or secure, golf cart sketchy.

My family and I loved our trip to Catalina. Our beautiful view from the villa at Hamilton Cove was breathtaking. The convenience of having a golf cart was priceless. We made the most of our 2 day trip renting kayaks and parasailing. We also enjoyed Descanso Beach Club.
