Located on the first fairway of the Kiahuna Golf Course, Hale Lani offers distant ocean views as well as the tranquility of Kauai mountain vistas. Custom built, this rich home features Honduran mahogany floors, floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, A/C in all of the bedrooms and built in surround sound that carries music through the home to the spacious outdoor lanai.

Hale Lani comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen featuring mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances that will surely please the chef in your group. The Great Room is designed to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. This 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home has two master suites with custom cabinetry, walk in closets and large luxurious baths. There is also a large two car garage and laundry facility with its own foot bath for rinsing your feet after your day at the beach. Hale Lani is simply one of the best deals around for a four bedroom private home in Kiahuna Golf Village and also is one of the most conveniently located properties as it is a short 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches, dining and shopping in the Poipu area. 2 Cal Kings, 1 King and 3 Twins, Sleeps 9. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

This property includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. Please feel free to call us if any of these items are missing during your stay.

Air conditioning in bedrooms was definitely a plus. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in all bathrooms. Also plenty of laundry detergent. Washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of pots and pans, although we only cooked breakfasts. The turtles come up to Poipu beach around sunset and leave again at sunrise. You don't want to miss that! We all just bought snorkel masks at the store and it was wonderful.

Hale-lani stay on Kauai

Rental property was very nice, plenty of space and accommodations. Located on a beautiful golf course off the main strip with a view of the ocean from the outdoor patio. Excellent restaurants and beach within .5-1 mile away walking distance.

Fabulous home with a great layout. Individual bathrooms, large, eating area, kitchen, AC units and equipped with all the beach supplies you need…wonderful hosts.

Great house for any group

Great location. Well equiped kitchen. Roomy with plenty of space to be alone if needed. Individual A/C in each bedroom was a good thing. Lanai was a nice place to have breakfast, watch the sunrise, and mock the golfers on hole #1 at Kahuna. Only minor negative is that the furniture in main family room was old and not comfortable.

Hale Lani Stay

We enjoyed our time at Hale Lani, and especially appreciated the prompt, professional, and helpful communication with the property management team. The home was spacious, and provided ample gathering space for our extended family, but also was situated to provide peace and privacy when needed. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Poipu, and is easy to access.

Perfect Getaway in Paradise

We really enjoyed your home. The house was spacious and so conveniently located. Any amenities like dish soap, laundry soap, beach toys and towels were available to us. In addition to the update emails, the booklet left for us answered any questions on procedures for check in and check out as well as suggestions for the area. I would highly recommend this place as the perfect getaway in paradise.

Great location and beautiful home

Beautiful house on a golf course. Nice neighborhood and centrally located in the Poipu area. Could see the ocean off in the distance. Large enough to accommodate our family of nine. Clean and well maintained. Had beach towels and chairs available for use. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some dinners at home and there was a nice grill for barbecuing.

Amazing stay!

I was just asked for a recommendation on a place to stay in Kauai, and upon looking at my stay I realized I hadn’t reviewed. If you are considering, book this location!! We had an incredible trip and I would absolutely stay here again. We went to celebrate my husbands 50th with our three kids (14, 11, and 6 months) and traveled with my mom, and our friends (a couple with a 3 y/o) and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. We even used the giant master closet as a “nursery” for the baby’s crib! The screen door out back was off the track a bit, and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. The photos do not do the property justice, it is really spectacular. We celebrated Easter here and the yard was perfect for the egg hunt. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and beach accessories.

Nice house

Great property, the management of the property needs to check all the lights in the house when they service it, we had multiple burnt out bulbs. The door between the garage and the house needs to be fixed, sticks badly from the garage side. We brought it to their attention the second day and it was never fixed. We were there 12 days so they had plenty of time.

The location in a quiet neighborhood with views of the ocean and mountains was so convenient because it was close to shopping, restaurants, excursions, and, of course, the beach! We were a group of three families with three kids so the bedroom arrangement worked out perfectly for us. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the kids run around on the grass, watching our partners golf, BBQing, and just hanging out. The house, itself, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The kitchen was well-equipped with a lot of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. The washer and dryer were also a bonus and the beach towels and beach chairs were great! I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the management company who answered my questions quickly. We definitely would like to return to Hale Lani!

Incredible 8 nights on the South Side of Kauai--FINALLY!!!

The house is gorgeous! Far more beautiful than the pictures describe. I guess I read the listing wrong, but I thought most of the bedrooms were upstairs and only one bedroom was downstairs. What a pleasant surprise to find out only the super master bedroom is upstairs! Rooms are well appointed and the house had everything we could hope for in a rental. Even when we couldn't find an iron, the rental company got one to us early the next day. The location is perfect on the sunny southern side of the island and it's pretty easy to get anywhere on island within an hour. The staff at Garden Island Rentals are fantastic to work with. First of all, patiently reaccommodating us multiple times for over a year as we grappled with pandemic closings, openings and vaccination rules. Secondly by being in constant communication with us as things came up at the house. This vacation wouldn't have been possible without them. My family and I are so appreciative of all your hard work. You're at the top of our list if we ever make it back. Mahalos!
