This place was everything they said and more it was very clean. Great balcony and beach view. Restaurants are wintin walking distance and the food was excellent. They you so much for a wonderful time.

The unit is in a great location. The thermostat is locked so we couldn’t put it on what we wanted to sleep and when I reached out to the host they said they see what they could do but never did anything. Some of our party had miserable nights because of the temperature.

This location had a beautiful view of the beach it is conveniently located for elevator and pool access. The balcony was large enough for all of our group to watch the sunset and yet sound proof enough for privacy in the attached bedroom. Folly is always great dinning and fun shopping.

It’s great the balcony fit your whole group for sunsets while still offering privacy in the attached bedroom. We agree—Folly’s dining and shopping are hard to beat. Spent a whole wonderful week with family. Unit was nice and clean and equipped for our needs. The only thing we’d like to see would be the refrigerator be a little colder.

Overall we were very pleased. Some of the complaints voiced in other reviews were addressed (2 key fobs, easy room access, dishwasher.) The furnishings are a little dated, but comfortable and clean. The closest elevator was incredibly slow, but being on the first level it wasn't a major issue. The stairwell door could use some attention as it did not always open without serious effort.

The place was very dirty. We wiped down every surface as soon as we got there without unpacking and it was filthy with literally brown wipes and rags. They only gave us two fobs for a condo that was reserved for eight adults in a four bedroom unit. Then one of the two fobs didn’t work and it took 24 hours to remedy the issue to give us a new fob. But not after tons of back and forth correspondence and staying on hold for lengthy periods of time during my vacation. There was mold in the bathrooms and broken chairs on the balcony. Front door wouldn’t lock inconsistently adding extra aggravation.

Don't hesitate to book this condo. It was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect. The balcony was our favorite as we all, 8 of us, comfortably hung out and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean. We people and dog watched. There are restaurants, shops, bars, and ice cream shops across the street. Even though there is a nightlife so close by you don't hear the action going on. Parking is convenient and carts provided to bring up belongings to the condo, and an elevator to make things very easy.

Wonderful views! Cozy Condo!

The condo was a perfect place for us to get away for the weekend! The condo fit the pictures/description and we were quite happy with it! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Super location, easy easy walk to eateries, pool for young 8 yr old

The kitchen is well equipped, the balcony overlooking the ocean is awesome, my shower was great, plenty of water and the towels were really good quality, not one bad thing to say

Great Place

Oceanfront Villas is our go to place for summer vacations! This unit was very clean. Lovely view. We enjoyed being on the first floor this year. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and great condo. Worked out perfectly for a place to stay for our nephew’s wedding. Washing machine was a little loud.

Wedding Week

We spent the week on Folly Beach for our daughter's wedding. Great location with easy Uber access to downtown. Enjoyed ocean view coffee every morning! Many of our friends whoe were in town for the wedding also stayed here.

Great family getaway

Wonderful location and rental for family vacation. Within walking distance to many restaurants and direct access to the beach. Cute park nearby for a change of pace with kiddos. The unit was clean and well stocked for our week long stay. Love the extra bonus of beach chairs and sand toys available in this specific unit. Would definitely return!
