Plenty of space for our family and two wonderful decks to enjoy the sun. Perfect distance to the beach!

Great Location

This place accommodate our family well. Its close to the beach and walking distance to the store and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves.

Just a few houses from the sand. This beach rental was great, it was clean, well kept, property management company was extremely responsive, check in was easy. We have been coming to Newport for years and stayed in many different rental properties. This one was great.

Girls Getaway

My friends and I planned a last minute trip to Newport and we lucked out. The location is perfect…just steps away from the beach and shopping. The check-in and out process was super easy. We’d stay there again.

Awesome location!

The location was amazing. Super close to the grocery store and beach. Parking was hard but that’s everywhere in Newport so expect that wherever you go. The communication and checkin were flawless.

Newport Beach

The location is outstanding only 1 block from beach visible from the balcony. Roof top sitting area also great. Having a garage space for my vehicle was also very helpful.

Relaxing beach weekend

Loved the location and the house was as described, comfortable and with all the necessities. It is well maintained and the property management was very helpful. Only note, it would be nice to have lounge chairs on the rooftop and more than the two beach chairs.

Summer Vacation

House was in a great location and perfect for what we were looking for. If you’re hoping to cook while at the house, come prepared. It isn’t the most well stocked rental, but it worked for us.

Lovely, little bit funky

Place was nice. King bed was in a room without an en suite bathroom or tv which ear dinner for us. The shower 8n the back bedroom was a little funky too. Overall, nice like place with unbeatable location

Short trip to the beach

The location of this property was perfect. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store made it an ideal location for my trip with other family members staying nearby. The property is older, but it contained all the necessary beach needs. Having the garage space was so convenient, as street parking is hard to find. I didn’t mind the toilet and shower in the master at all. It was actually very convenient. The rooftop deck was very nice and private. I would rent this unit again if I was coming to the beach with a group. Very spacious.

Overall it’s a great property, especially with the AC, but it does need some TLC. The AC filters are extremely dirty and need to be cleaned. There were loose door handles for the pantry doors that need to be tightened and loose faucets. The water pressure should also be looked at and increased in the kitchen sink. The deck was a great aspect of this property, but the stairs leading up their are very small and narrow.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Had plenty of room for our family. Be aware, when we booked this, they split our payment into two installments (unknown to us). The first installment went through VRBO as expected. But the property management company contacted us directly to ask us to pay the 2nd installment through an off-platform link, therefore voiding the protections you get from paying through VRBO. With all the phishing scams right now, you can't be too careful. It would be good to disclose these details in the listing, so the user knows upfront you are required to pay off-platform. The management company managed everything else about the property very well.

We enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay and love the location to the beach. Very close to great restaurants and very close to a grocery store. Very fun area! We loved the two decks especially the top deck. We were a bit bugged that it didn't have any kitchen supplies that you usually see in a short term rental. Like a few basic staples like sugar, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, salt and pepper, oil etc. There's crazy issues with parking if you have more than one car. Be sure that the items they list in the amenities are actually there, like a pack-n-play / crib that they make you pay extra for. That was irritating as well. Also, the primary bedroom has more of a 1/2 bath with a shower that steps out into the bedroom, not into the bathroom which was a bit odd. Overall we loved it!! Great place to stay!
