Enjoyable Week

The process to check in was given to us a few days ahead of time and it was easy when we arrived. The house was easy to find, and the street was easy to access. The house, itself, was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. I loved sitting on the front porch each morning....just reading and drinking my coffee and soaking up the sun. All in all, it was a great experience.

Great location

We had a great week - the house is in a great location - nice a close to the beach, near some restaurants to walk to. The layout of the unit is great and it was nice having the front deck and lots of parking. The apartment was ok. The beds are not comfortable and the kitchen needs more lighting - its very hard to cook at night. Some more eating utensils would be great too. I was not aware that the laundry was shared with the apartment upstairs, it made it a little inconvenient and awkward.

Great Location and wonderful place

We love the location of this house! Just a short walk to the beach and shops. The large porch and beautiful side yard are great for gatherings. The inside was clean and inviting. Jim was so responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Convenient location/cheery place

Great location to beach..& bakery/ shops. Comfortable and clean. Wonderful outdoor shower. Nice patio. Property manager was responsive.

Comfortable. Well located and well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, beach chairs...)

Comfortable (long sofa, central air conditioning, large outside shower...). Well located and well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, beach chairs...) Although, the first week of our stay the second floor tenants were loud and number of people exceeded the limit mentioned in the location agreement.

Great Vacation Rental

Me and my family recently rented this beautifully decorated vacation home on LBI, NJ. It was comfortable and close to everything we needed, short walk to beach, bay, golf, shopping, great little bakery around the corner. Everything on this property was in good working order and had no problems with anything. Good water pressure for showering and great central air, neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Great private yard for outdoor activities. Owners were very easy to deal with it. Will definitly do this one again.

cute little beach house!!

my husband and I had a week off together in late June and found this cute house in Brant Beach. We have 5 grown children (no grandchildren yet!) who have various schedules. This house is easy on and off LBI so during the week we were able to have the kids enjoy the beach with us. This part of the island has a beautiful wide beach and you are 6 houses down and really only 4 houses and the boulevard away from sunsets on the bay. The downstairs porch was so much fun we spent all our time on the beach or on the porch. We like to relax and BBQ on vacation and this house was perfect. Very clean and neat with cute beach décor, the lamps in the master were great. AND 6 beach badges included that our visitors could use that is a real plus!! between Joe Pops and DaddyO in Brant Beach perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway
