Breath in that Beautiful Ocean Sprayfilled Air at this Oceanfront 2nd Floor Amazing Condo with Lanai Boasting Stunning Sunsets & Vews of the Kona Coast. Excellent proximity to Kona Town, golf, Ali'i drive beaches. Whales, surfers, spinner dolphins and sea turtles all viewed right from the lanai!

2- bedrooms, 2-bathroom equipped with a King bed in the primary bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Lanai dining, air-conditioning in the living room, high speed internet, in-unit laundry and fully equipped kitchen.

Plenty of covered parking and Elevator on site.

Relax at the pool and hot tub area. Have a BBQ, and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific.

Great place to stay with family. Good location in Kona. Condo included everything we need for a week. Wonderful view for sunsets and surfers.

This was fantastic! Amazing views, they even left liytle kona gifts for us, we had an incredible time. I would highly recommend staying here for a wonderful vacation in Kona, thank you guys for the experience and memories!

This was a nice stay. The view was great and check in process was easy. There were a couple of things that could have been better. Some of the towels smelled like mildew when we used them. One of the remotes also did not work. Overall a good stay though.

Awesome property near Kona

Very well kept condo on the water about 2 miles south of Kona. Very clean, well appointed, and would stay there again anytime. Loved our time there.

Amazing condo with some of the best views in Kona. You can see tropical fish and people surfing from the balcony. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Covered is included too.

The unit was nice and you could tell it was a very old property that had been somewhat updated. The listing says that the unit has AC, but when we arrived we found it was one small window unit in the living room that didn't actually cool the condo. Thankfully when you opened the back doors and windows there was enough of a cross breeze to make it not too uncomfortable, but the back bathrooms especially would get hot. The dryer did not work.The host was communicative and as helpful as could be.The view was incredible and it was lovely to sit and watch the surfers in the mornings and evenings. It was also convenient for all the things we wanted to do in Kona.

Big Waves

Great stay all the necessities were provided as well as many extras. Liked hearing the waves rolling in at night to help me sleep.

Tired condo with beautiful views

The condo was tired. Clogged sinks, lacking in cooking utensiles pots and pans. Had to buy a new pan to use while we were there. The owners did how ever purchase some new items when i exspressed what was happening. The bbqs onsite were in very pour working condition.

Nice Stay

My friend and I had a nice stay in this 1 bedroom oceanfront condo. It was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view with balcony is fabulous. It is a perfect place for a couple or friends traveling together. I took a star off for a couple reasons. The main bedroom is great but the smaller back bedroom is stuffy so we did not use it. Also the condo as a whole is dated. The carpeting is very worn and the kitchen cabinets need updating. Despite that it is a convenient location and communication with the rental agency was good.

All about the water

The unit itself was a little tired and in need of some fixes and updates but it is right on the water and ultimately that is what we wanted vs a nicer interior. Location close to town and convenient. Maybe swap out the carpet - some new furniture might be a good first step?Property management was a bit of problem - unit was not ready - we actually had to stay somewhere else for a night until this was cleaned. They said they would credit us some for our trouble but to date they have not followed through and they have not been responsive to me since we left

Kona December vacation

The property was good and location was fantastic. The balcony was A+. We appreciated early check-in on Thanksgiving Day. Rooms were comfortable but we could see the sea salt has affected the interior slider screens, bath areas, stove cooktop, some of the electronic equipment but I guess that can be expected. It was weird the light switch plates were low on the wall. The AC plug quit working so luckily we had an extension cord of our own. We reported it but no one came to fix it. Pool was nice but a bit cold to swim, but kids liked it. Overall I’d recommend this property.

Needs Work

Screen door to lanai doesn’t shut and is damaged. Carpet needs cleaning. Water damage in master bedroom corner. Nathroom cabinet door doesn’t stay shut. 4 on the door lock doesn’t always work. Parch of ceiling paint in living room has fallen off.Check in was great. Hot tub was dirty and foamong like a bubble bath. Did not get in.

Nice location, but a disappointing condo

We found the unit pretty far from the listing. The lanai had three chairs around the table so if all four of us wanted to sit and watch the ocean we had to get a chair from inside. We had roach like bugs in the kitchen. The kitchen inexplicably two refrigerators, which made it impossible for two of us to be in there. The guest room ceiling texture material would fall to the floor with activity above us. As to communication, we reported the roaches and got a reply that said the unit was sprayed regularly and to keep food of the counters. We think it was the lack of thorough cleaning prior to our arrival as we found old potato chips on the floor. Finally we messaged the hosts about check out procedures and never got a response.

We have noted some of the issues reported such as the lack of a 4th chair and the issue with the ceiling and are looking into them in order to improve upon the guest experience. It is true that it being a tropical location the unit is sprayed regularly and it is important to keep food off the counters and properly stored. If there were issue with the cleanliness reported we would have happily sent cleaning personnel to address any areas of concern. Wonderful home right across the street from the beach! Great family beach! The place had a kayak for 3 and a surf board. The host was always attentive to our needs. Stocked with plenty of beach gear, snorkels, life jackets, umbrella, chairs, anything you would need! Only downfall was the main floor of the home is hot during the day but pleasant at night. Basement air conditioner worked great but tons of critters down there. Overall pleasant stay!
