We stayed with our 7 and 9 year old kids and grandparents. First time to 30A. The home was very clean, well organized and had all the basics needed. Bunk room was perfect and fun for the kids. Comfy living room with space for the 6 of us. Communication with the property management group was clear and concise, mostly done through texting. Location was perfect for us - about 5 min walk to the beach walkover, pool or to the town square (shopping, restaurants, coffee, ice cream). Even shorter with the provided bikes. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is top notch, close to everything but super peaceful. Management company very responsive which made any small problem even smaller. I don’t know if I would recommended this to multi family groups as there are only 2 full baths. Cool RB

Great place. Loved it. Might want to have a few clothes washing detergent for washing machine. Would be a nice feature. Also, for some reason, both bathroom fans upstairs don’t work.

Awesome Stay at Rosemary Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented sight unseen from 30A Luxury Vacations, and we were extremely pleased with the property and support. The house was only 250 steps from the Rosemary Beach and came with every amenity you could ask for: completely outfitted kitchen, 4 bikes to use, gas fired grill, big screen TV's and the list goes on. We especially enjoyed the private access to the beach with chair and umbrella service and the access four community pools. We were steps from Main Street and all the great shopping and dining. We could not have asked for a better location or rental!

Perfect cottage in the perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Rose Cottage. The house is even more beautiful in person. The promiscuity to town and the beach were perfect for our family of 4 with a 1 and 3 year old. It was easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the square. We rode bikes too. The layout of the house worked well for us and there’s enough space between bedrooms that everyone slept peacefully. I can’t wait to come stay here again! The property management company was very helpful and accommodating!

Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house to stay, so close to the beach/pools/restaurants of rosemary! Our flight landed very early in the day and they let us drop off our luggage to the office so we could go to the beach and enjoy our day while the house was getting cleaned/ready. They dropped our luggage at the house when it was available! Very responsive when the door code stopped working and had it fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend!!I would note if you are planning on cooking, there are no basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.
