A cheerful, sun-filled family getaway, Julia's Carriage House features a cozy bunk area with three twin beds, a private loft with a queen bed and a full bath. Along with these great sleeping arrangements, Julia’s Carriage House features a kitchenette which includes a four-burner flat cooktop, dishwasher, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for a small family!

Julia's Carriage is located a short walk from downtown Rosemary Beach, the St. Augustine Green, Butterfly Park and the Cabana Pool.

Great getaway!

Julia's carriage house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend! The living room was a great space to hangout. Bedrooms didn't have much room besides the beds themselves, but for a long weekend this was exactly what we needed. And the location was perfect. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect place for me and my fiancé to stay for our trip to celebrate our engagement! The location is great and was bigger than other carriage houses I've stay in before in Rosemary. We would gladly stay here again!

Best Location!!

We walked / rode bikes everywhere! Couldn't have picked a better location! We loved the cute carriage house as well, perfect size for the two of us on our babymoon!

We had a great stay at the carriage house. It was conveniently located and had everything for our long weekend getaway in rosemary. We hope to be back again!

Absolutely loved the property! This was our first time in Rosemary and will not be our last. Property was in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We got a chance to use the bikes and go to the pool too! Overall it was a great stay. Comfortably fit 3 of us + my baby! Would highly recommend

Great Location

Location is great! Fridge is very tiny so be prepared to bring a cooler with ice. Shower also leaks water everywhere.

Great space

We love Rosemary carriage houses, but this one is an especially good use of space. The living area is big with plenty of seating, including dining table for four. The bunk room is awesome and gives privacy from the bedroom upstairs. Comfortable and roomy for a family of 4. Super close to the center of Rosemary, so great location.

Anniversary Get Away.

All was fantastic, but check-in could be improved. Wasn’t clear on which property and nearby co structuring made it hard to enjoy. Still great trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carriage house is a great size, floor plan and has everything you need for a comfortable beach getaway. The loft is perfect for a couple and the bunk room can comforably sleep 3 kiddos. The 'mini' fridge is a good size and it's great to have a dish washer too! The only thing we ran into that needed was a mirror! There was only one small mirror above the sink in the bathroom for getting ready. The addition of one elsewhere would be great!
