One of Folly's Best! This oceanfront condo is comfortable and clean with hardwood floors cozy living room modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new king size Tempur-Pedic mattress nestled underneath a fluffy down comforter. Beautiful Sunrise is located on the third floor of a three-story elevated condo complex and it sits directly on the beach! The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. Beautiful Sunrise's porch offers front-row seating for dolphins playing throughout the day to the beautiful lights on the Folly Pier at night. There is full access to a shared washer/dryer too! You can park your car the entire time you are here in the private parking space provided because you are within easy walking distance of everything Folly has to offer. If you want to enjoy the ocean you will love waking up to the sounds of the waves directly off the front porch of the condo. Beautiful Sunrise is also located on one of the only sections of the beach that provides a lifeguard for safe swimming during the summer season. It is important to note that Beautiful Sunrise is on the third floor of this building without an elevator and the balcony is not private. Beautiful Sunrise allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC002214. Great location, well stocked with everything one would need.

Love that it has a dedicated parking spot in busy Folly Beach. 3rd floor, awesome view of beach, lots of stairs and no elevator which is fine (except my wife has some fear of heights, so had to take her up slow). Responsive staff when I’d needed help with parking location. Stuff well maintained, good fridge, etc. only problem we had was with a dog next unit over that barked until 2am first night… no fault of these folks. Overall thought it was great!

Folly Beach Getaway

Being on the 3rd floor, we had an awesome view and enjoyed sitting on the deck and hearing the waves. The condo itself was very nice and was just as pictured. Our only complaint was that the wifi really didn't work for our phones or laptops - even at 6:30 in the morning. Sometimes it didn't even come up as an option. When we did manage to connect, it was very spotty.

Great place with a view

Great location in Folly Beach to the restaurants and obviously the beach. Top floor gave amazing views of the ocean, pier and sunrise. Highly recommend.

Good place but one issue

Overall the place has a great view, is in a great location and, met my needs well, but when i got there i started feeleing sick. I thought i was coming down with the flu or somehting, but further exploration revealed that the bedroom had a window sill with what looked like black mold. Ive had bad similar bad reactions to black mold before and as soon as i cleaned the visiable mold my sympltoms started to get better. Unfortuntely, my 1st 48 hours were unplesant and time wasted.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything Folly has to offer

Condo was clean and well maintained. Super comfy bed. We stayed in mid-May, temps outside in the lower 80’s. A/C cannot be turned below 72, and it always seemed a bit stuffy in the apartment due to the humidity. The ceiling fans in main area and bedroom worked wonderfully, and we had also brought our own small fan. It was convenient having a washer/dryer attached to the actual apartment included. Definitely recommend this condo as it is well maintained, oceanfront, and close distance to bars and restaurants.

Didn’t stay one night

Unfortunately the listing fails to mention that it is right next to public beach access and a port o potty trailer. Also, it says third floor but it is actually the 4th and the stairs are very steep.

Longing for home...

Life's twists and turns have stolen me from home but as my 2nd birthday (also Valentine's Day) as a widow crept closer, I longed to dig my heels into the sandy beaches of my childhood. I wanted easy, no chaos, beautiful views, the roar of the ocean. The condo felt like a home, not the sterile feel of a hotel I was avoiding. The views are EXTRAORDINARY, but you"ll put in work for them carrying groceries up to the 3rd flr. Parking is easy. I never moved my car. It's not quiet-- with the location and the neighbors but those sounds felt charming, like I was including in the nbrhd. Not having a washer/dryer is difficult at the beach so plan that better than I did. The views from inside AND outside cannot be matched. You can also hear the ocean from inside the condo.

Folly Beach rental

Great location and the unit was good. Only problem is the way prices are listed on the internet. Final price was three times what it started out being. We enjoyed our stay.

2 nights on the beach

Lovely place. Ocean front so that says it all about the view. Very clean. The shower knob was stuck, but once contacted the maintenance, the repair crew showed up literally within minutes and fixed it. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Gave it 5 out of 5.

More than just a beautiful sunrise

Pluses: Awesome view. Dolphins every day! Great location, (though I would not want to be there during peak season. I'm more introverted and we like our privacy so I can imagine that the busy season would be more chaotic). Comfortable space, king bed, and well equipped kitchen. Minuses: Thin walls between neighboring condos. We were in 3B. The first few days in 3A were a really nice family with a toddler and an infant who were up at 5:45ish each day, running, squealing, and playing. We understand, but this was not very relaxing for us. The unit was empty for perhaps 5 days. We had the 3rd floor to ourselves. It was wonderful! Then a couple stayed in 3A for several days. He had a bad cold and his cough could be heard through the walls at all hours that they and we were home. Then there was the afternoon that they made love and I went to walk the beach again to get away from the sound. $$$$: This condo was very expensive. I was shocked by all of the large extra expenses that I hadn't known were added on to our rental. I should have paid better attention and certainly will from now on. Exposure to chemicals in dryer sheets of neighboring renters. I'm chemically sensitive so this made it difficult to enjoy the balcony at times. (The unit was virtually scent free other than the scented kitchen trash bags, which we sealed up in a ziplock bag, placed in the under the sink cupboard, and put the container outside. We used paper and plastic bags from grocery shopping instead) Suggestions: Full length black-out curtains in the bedroom. The blinds are good quality but light still comes through. We looked at the price for this unit for next year at the same time and the price in increasing by over $1000. As much as we enjoyed the views and most of the experience, we'll be looking around. I know, it's Folly.

Thanksgiving at Beautiful Sunrise

Our family booked a last minute trip to Folly Beach for a short Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to prepare a nice feast for 4 in the condo's kitchen -- we found everything we needed. The top floor location is wonderful for the lovely views of the ocean, and we enjoyed several walks on the beach which was easily accessible. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our first visit to Folly Beach!
