Visit to Charleston

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The only problem would be for someone that has difficulty with stairs. You go up stairs to the door and then up and down stairs to the three levels of the condo

Wonderful stay

We had a great trip! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that we could easily walk to the smaller pool or a super quick drive to the beach and bigger pools at the wild dunes resort. This was also very affordable compared to others and I think it was nicer and bigger than some other options out there. Loved having all the bathrooms connected to the bedrooms too!

Great place

We were really happy with this place and location. It was a great size for 4 of us. The community pool was great and loved access to the courts as an additional option. We love wild dunes tennis center and it was a quick drive over there. The place was clean and overall nice. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the biggest deal. We’d return!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what a great time you had at Linkside Villa 44. . Island Realty would like to thank you for letting us know that the bed was uncomfortable for you. It is difficult to have the perfect bed style for everyone’s sleeping preferences. Some guests like a hard bed and some like a softer bed. It is difficult while on vacation to have a bed that is like sleeping on your mattress at home! Guest feedback is very important to us; it is how we improve our service. We will make sure to pass this along to the owner. We look forward to the next time you are visiting for some more great tennis!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Globally satisfactory but no direct / easy access to the beach, we needed the sheets and comforter to be replaced because dirty.

Nice but Lots of Steps!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good and kitchen and bathroom updates very nice. However while we knew there were 2 levels we didn’t realize there were also more steps down to the Master and then up to the 3rd bedroom. Steps everywhere...not for us. Also the screens on the master porch were torn and the furniture dirty. The small deck off the main area had 2 filthy old plastic chairs so there was virtually nowhere we could be outside in the pretty weather.

Thank you for taking the time to send Island Realty a review. Please note that the photos and description on our website do accurately describe the condo. The layout description does say that there are 3 floors and the virtual tour has all views going up the steps. We also would like you to know that at anytime you can call our front desk to speak to a manager if you feel you did not get the service your require. Thank you again for your feedback.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is no child friendly. Not baby safe. The staff was asked three times the quickest way to the beach. Told us wrong three separate times. Had to ask someone walking down the street how to get there. Disappointed.

Spacious and Clean Although a Schlep to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice family vacation here. The beds were all comfortable (although the main bedroom could use fitted sheets with deeper pockets, as the corners kept popping off!). The villa feels spacious, and the kitchen is clean and had decent supplies (it's a little weird there are 2 dining tables, one which your legs don't really fit under...). We missed having an outdoor dining space, and FYI, the guest bath (upstairs) seemed to have water damage/mold on the ceiling and should be checked out. Also, the main bedroom blinds need repair and were broken when we arrived (a little awkward, since it's right on the golf course, but we were able to get them to mostly close). Some furniture/carpet feels a little tired, but it's vacation place at the beach, so ok. The pool is quite nice, and the tennis courts super convenient. Our biggest complaint is that the walk to the beach was farther than we'd been told it was, and longer than it looks on the map. It was probably a 3.75/5 for us (if you're a golfer, you'd likely love the location).

Villa 44 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 44 was nice. The carpet seemed old as well as some of the cushioned furniture. There were not enough towel provided and the kitchen lacked essentials. Great location, plenty of space for everyone.

Island getaway

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice. The area was secluded and quiet. Loved seeing wildlife daily, especially the deers. Very relaxing! The only down side was all the stairs when you older. Getting luggage up and down was a challenge. Only thing that would of been better is beach front.

Nice place with a good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and it is nice. However I feel the ownership needs to clean out the garage. It is super dirty. There is sand everywhere and old chairs and bikes just randomly laying around. I like the location close to golf and the beach.

Great stay on our fall break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property! Very close to the pool and tennis courts, and just a few blocks from the beach...none of the reviews told us exactly where to go for the beach, but it is written on the fridge where to enter. The property itself had everything we needed, and the master bathroom is huge! Only minor complaint was we did a load of laundry, and when I checked the clothes in the dryer, when you open the dryer door, the clothes don’t stop spinning, you have to turn the cycle to “off“, which I’ve never seen before, so be careful of any small children are checking the dryer. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the separation of the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms on different levels. The main living area stayed warmer than the rest of the unit, but that was the only downside. It was very clean and the pool was also nice. I would recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation rental and the experience was good. There were a few minor details that need to be fixed. The unit needed to have the front door replaced and screened door. Both had a crack where air was coming inside. The bed spreads had stains on them and they needed to be replaced. The rooms downstairs were very cold and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. Watch out for the alligators. Didn't see that coming.
