Welcome to your perfect Sunriver retreat! This bright and airy home is designed for making memories, whether you're relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure or gathering with family and friends.

Step into a spacious open layout where the living room greets you with soaring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and plenty of natural light. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or kick back with your favorite book in the sunshine-filled space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and the adjacent dining room is ideal for lingering over dinner or playing games late into the evening.

On the main level, you'll find a serene queen suite with a private bathroom—your own peaceful haven after a day on the trails. Upstairs, there's another queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or the young at heart.

The garage doubles as a game zone with a ping pong table, and outside you'll find bikes to explore the scenic paths of Sunriver. After a day of adventure, sink into your own private hot tub under the stars. Central air conditioning keeps things cool in the summer, while the gas fireplace adds warmth in the winter months.

Whether you're biking to the Village, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, floating the Deschutes, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, this Sunriver home is your year-round escape.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 3 Leisure Lane, 4 Leisure Lane and 6 Leisure Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great family getaway

We had a great week in Sunriver. The house was comfortable for our family. Having the bikes on site was a huge plus.

Sunriver is an absolute gem! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the comforts you could want for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Spent time on the deck and riding the bikes provided by the owners. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

Family Getaway to Sunriver

Our family of four plus friends with a family of four stayed at this property for five nights. House was very comfortable for all. Great location and perfectly nestled in the woods. House was updated, fully stocked and very clean. Bikes were great as well as ping pong table in the garage. Kiddos spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was private and big. Only complaint was that we were not allowed access to any of the pools. Big disappointment! We just wish we would have been made aware that the rental didn’t come with any SHARC passes or was without access to using the Cove. Overall we had an excellent time and would recommend this property to other families.

Cozy cabin, fantastic location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 plus our dog stayed at 5 Leisure in mid-February and loved it! Our favorite thing about this house was the terrific location, right along the bike paths (and near a junction making it very convenient to get to the village, Sharc, fort rock park, etc). The home still has nice privacy and a wonderful view of the common area from the expansive deck and inside the home. This house is much brighter than others we have rented thanks to lots of windows in the living area. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, and has a charming western motif. It was clean and well stocked for everything we needed and Bennington's service was top notch as always. This was our 5th vacation rental through Bennington and honestly our favorite so far, we will definitely be back!
