This is a charming, well appointed cottage in a quieter part of Mount Desert Island. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, nice front porch and top perch for relaxing. Marin was very responsive to questions about both the property and the park. It’s easy to access all parts of Acadia from Southwest Harbor.

What a great cottage!

We loved our time in Southwest Harbor, a 5 minute walk into town. The owner (Chris) is wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to another visit.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The cottage was clean. The bed a bit too soft for us but we like an extra firm bed. It’s a great neighborhood and within walking distance of several good restaurants.

Comfy cottage in SW Harbor

Enjoyed our stay very much. Good location, walk to town, marina and harbor. Very well maintained, stocked and comfortable. Owner lives next door and was very helpful without being intrusive. Southwest Harbor has just enough activities and restaurants and it’s also pretty quiet and very much the quaint New England coastal town we all love. Close to Acadia and Bar Harbor too.

Maine Perfection in this Cottage

This was such a cute cottage, with everything needed supplied. Cozy and coastal within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and shops, easy drive to other parts of Acadia. This was perfect on the “quiet side”. Would book this again in a heartbeat. Chris was really welcoming and gave us some good info on places to visit while on vacation.. thanks for a great trip to the area Chris!!!

Fall Get Away 2019

We were so very pleased with our stay. The cottage was clean, had a wonder view. We met Chris our contact person who was next door, enjoyed talking with her and visiting her gardens. Outstanding

We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be perfect. The cottage is like new and always clean. The location is on the quiet side of the island but close enough for all the activities. My wife and I are extremely happy we found this treasure.

Cute Cottage

My wife and I stayed at this property in Southwest Harbor for a week in early September. It was great. The cottage was just the right size for the two of us. There is a loft with two additional beds, reached by a ladder, which would be fine for older children. The decorating was attractive, and the white paint made the inside bright and cheerful. The house is only two years old and appears to be only in occasional use. Everything is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with just about anything you would require. The bed was quite comfortable. This location on the other side of island, away from Bar Harbor, is not so busy and crowded. It's very pleasant and there are nearby restaurants. The owner was helpful and friendly. We had a great vacation.
