My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was close to Bar Harbor and other beautiful towns.Acadia National Park was very close.The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the view of the Southwest Harbor was spectacular! I highly recommend staying at this clean and lovely home.

This was our third stay at this rental. The views are beautiful and the hot tub is a nice amenity. The host is very responsive to issues and problems. We are disappointed that over 4 years the property has not changed. There are signs of wear. The lighting in the precarious stairways is terrible ( be careful of the steps!) The microwave needed repair last visit and still does. The oven needs attention.unable to broil. The gas grill works well. There are ample dishes,pots,and pans. The beds are old and not very comfortable. The property is clean and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen was made for tall people. There is a stool to reach high shelves. The dishwasher and garbage disposal work well

We love Southwest Harbor and have stayed at Midship a few times now. Great property, great host and we love the view. It is on the quieter side and a condo.

I loved the location. I wish the back yard was better maintained. I don't really think the cleaning person does much. If the renter is to do the floors what is the cleaner doing. They definitely aren't dusting because things were dusty. There was a hair in the bathroom sink which grosses me out.

Second time staying here and still love it. Great view. Great location (close enough to Bar Harbor without the craziness of Bar Harbor). Nice and quiet.

Quiet and beautiful view!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay! You couldn't get a better view of the harbor, and the accommodations were perfect for use and our three kids.

Great stay in Acadia

The property was great for our visit. We had two young adults enjoy the upstairs and to sleep in while we had the downstairs master and the use of the deck for our early morning breakfasts. We enjoyed being in the Southwest Harbor. You can walk to town for dinner and shopping, in addition to getting the bus to the park and Bar Harbor.

Perfect!!!

This is a perfect place to stay near Bar harbor. Love the view! Quiet! Close to some of the best hiking! Nearby to Parsons ( a great fish and lobster market). And most importantly,..Amanda (the manager, is beyond great.....loved this place!!

Great place to stay while exploring Acadia NP

During our week stay we enjoyed the accomodations providing our every need. We especially loved the view of the harbor from every floor. It was the perfect refuge between hikes during rainy weather. It was close enough to shops for teen daughters to explore on their own and the hot tub was so rejuvenating. Thank you for providing such a cozy beautiful backdrop for our family's wonderful memories!

Great place to stay while visiting Acadia and Bar Harbor

Nice condo with plenty of space and everything we needed for a lovely week. Beautiful view. We had a couple of minor issues. The property owner responded immediately to our messages and had the issues fixed quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend this property!

Great time!

We had a great time in Southwest Harbor. The Midships condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub one morning when the fog was so thick that we didn't want to venture out. The area was quiet and we enjoyed watching the harbor in the evening as the sun went down. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We love the floor to ceiling windows view over Southwest Harbor! AND soaking in that steaming hot tub after a days hiking adventure in Acadia National Park.....glad you also enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back...discounted rent for returning guests!

AWESOME vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was gorgeous and we loved just sitting on the deck watching the activities of the harbor. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook and eat our lobster from the fishing trip booked out of Southwest Harbor. The only caution I might mention is the steps from upstairs bedroom to kitchen and then kitchen to master bedroom level were quite steep and may present an issue to those with knee problems. We had a great stay and look forward to booking again!
