Decent place to stay pictures made it look a little better than what it was inside the room. Also, we didn’t know what room we had, but that was more on the booking and not the host, but I contacted the host and he answered gave me the information I needed after that everything was smooth this can be.

Overall, this place was an amazing experience with great location for the price. The room despite being a studio, felt comfortable and spacious with lots of amenities offered by this host! Parking was not a hassle with spare parking across the street. The private beach access allowed for convenient access to the beach and this place offered outdoor rinse stations with a pool. It was an easy ride to pier park and a delicious donut shop 0.3 miles away! The host was amazing with communication and responded very quickly. I highly recommend!!

Excellent place to stay. A slight higher priced than other places however the amenities are exclusive to guests which made it well worth the additional cost. John was extremely helpful with communication when needed. We will definitely be booking here in the future as first option if available. Private beachfront property leaves plenty of open places to set up at any time of the day. Location near Pier Park is fantastic to make an easy 10 minute drive to.

It was perfect for the short stay we had in PCB. Just a quick stop at the best beach’s in the US. Good price. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 young ladies. Close to activities and Runaway Island restaurant that has great seafood. Plenty of room on the beach and you can rent chairs and umbrella. Pool is really large and actually has a deep end.

I traveled by myself. I felt very safe. The balcony overlooking the was perfect! Beach access was extremely easy. I didn’t understand that my room wouldn’t have a stove, but I made do just fine. Also I couldn’t find a dish cloth or sponge for washing dishes off before putting them in the dishwasher. I will definitely stay at this location again- if the host will let me.

Our stay was excellent and we enjoyed all the amenities and great access to the beach. This condo is super cute and was perfect for our needs. It would be helpful to have more cleaning supplies available such as a scrub brush for dishes and a simple spray and wipes to help keep space clean from all the sand. The golden tray on the dresser under the TV broke when we moved it to attempt to clean the space. And I hope its clear that all the scratches that the tray was placed to cover up were from previous use not us. Also check out instructions noted returning a key to the drop box, we never used a key for anything nor saw one in the unit - all gates and doors we accessed with the codes you provided.We had a fantastic stay and so appreciate use of tour lovely home. We left a full box of kpods for you or next guest.

Just what we needed…

We had a great stay. John was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. Location was great and within walking distance of everything we needed. 4th of July is especially fun with all the fireworks up and down the beach.

The room was clean and well kept. The host was very accommodating with my two young children! The pool is partially covered to help keep little ones out of the sun. 10/10 and definitely recommend!

This unit was perfect for our short stay and we were very pleased to get it booked with short notice. Love the decor and comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. I think the price is very reasonable.

I will be happy to come back for another stay and tell others

It was perfect. We were so thankful to be able to stay here because of last minute reservations. Beautiful beach. Loved the deck! The room was just what we needed. Plus, the location of our room was close to stairs and elevator. I was happy about the privacy of the resort because of arm bands and the uncrowded beach area!

I loved this place!! I reached out to the property manager and he replied right away. Highly recommend!! The only problem was parking since there was construction work during my stay and part of the parking lot was blocked.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Very conveniently close to everything. We walked to the runaway island restaurant and Walmart was right around the corner. John was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing visit

My friend from California visited Florida for the first time. It was an overall great weekend. Stay was perfect, clean, convenient and safe, water was crystal clear. Will be returning soon!
