This is it! Clean, bright and welcoming in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Ocean Villas, the island's most amenity-rich beachside resort.

See, hear and feel the ocean breeze from the balcony of this updated and fully stocked 2nd-floor 1-bedroom condo. The beach walk is steps away, as is the largest private pool on the island. Enjoy the convenience of 3 on-site restaurants and grills, to include a sports bar with wide-screen viewing, pool tables and dart boards; a poolside bar and grill with ocean view and seasonal live music, and a to-go/seasonal-delivery pizza kitchen, which is said to be the best pizza on the island.

Venture to the playground and grilling areas. Walk to on-site bike-rentals. Reserve free time on one of our 8 tennis or 6 pickle-ball courts. Check out our poolside special events.

Elevator access with luggage carts. Washer and dryer on the hall. WiFi, HDTV with Basic and Extra Sports packages on new 65" TV. There is also a Roku TV in the bedroom. Bed and bath towels and linens, two beach chairs, sand toys, and a small collection of books and board games are provided. Condo has all-new appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, a ground-coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, ZeroWater filter, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, a clothes steamer, and an iron and ironing board, all for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned before each reservation. Sleeps up to 6, but this unit is best suited for a couple's getaway or a couple with children. The bunkbeds are built into the hallway, they are long but not as wide as a regular twin beds, so grown ups would likely not find them comfortable. * This condo is not wheelchair accessible. *

Lovely And Cozy

We had a wonderful stay. First visit to Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully stocked with extras. Short walk to the beautiful beach and pool. Restaurant on site was very good as well. Great chicken wings!!

Condo next to the beach

Condo was great for the two of us. Tracey was great and responsive to all my needs. The first day, the water from the pipes smelled badly like sulfur but cleared up with further use. Great location near the beach but the cold, windy weather, however was not great to be beaching. The club pool and area was closed as “out of season”. I like the area so would recommend.

An excellent spot for a family getaway!

My wife and I took our 9 month old to stay here and absolutely loved it! The condo is close to the beach boardwalk and has a view from the second floor where you can relax and listen to the waves come in while feeling the sea breeze move through. It’s also very close to the stairs, so no worry about toting everything hundreds of feet down the hall. Overall, this was a 5 star experience!

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. weve stayed at this resort before and this room is closer to the beach and it was so nice! Between two boardwalks and the pool. It was clean and we had a great time.

Fantastic!!

We had an AMAZING first trip to HHI! The proximity to the beach and other amenities was absolutely fantastic. We loved the pool and being able to walk to the beach from the condo. The restaurants on campus have yummy food. I really appreciated the binder put together by the host that had some favorite places to eat. The resort has a lot of activities that are family friendly and I highly recommend participating. We had a great trip and would stay here again!

Great space in a great location. We enjoyed the property as a whole. The pool was huge and clean, the parking was convenient, the view was spectacular, and the location of the room was great when toting a little one. The room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool/beach stuff in the room as well. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Graduation reward

Came as a reward for completing my doctorate degree. The only negative experience was the rude demeanor when we checked in. She gave me a cold stare when we walked in, then asked what we needed. I tried to lighten the mood by saying hi and Happy Mother's Day. Still no smile from her. We completed the check-in process but were very disappointed with the not-so-welcoming committee

Relaxing Getaway

Nice, clean, and comfortable vacation rental. Close to the beach, nice pool and tiki bar area. Bike rentals right on the property was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Mini spring getaway

Nice Place on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. Being on the second floor was great because we could see the ocean from our balcony but only had to come up one flight of steps. It was very close to the beach and pool, right in the middle of two boardwalks. We had everything we needed for a fun stay.

Cozy unit steps from the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and cozy. The beach was extremely close and the pool was big and clean. We had a great time.

Great location to the beach

The property was very clean, and just as described. We had a little trouble contacting our host in the couple days before I trip. We had questions about the check-in process, and unit #. It was buried in the description for check-in. The host followed up the day of our trip as she was traveling. That would be our only complaint, but overall it did not change our 5 star rating. It’s a great unit, with a view of the ocean, and close to the ocean. We had a great time!!

Great place

It was a great place. Clean and very well maintained except for the patio carpet. Overall a great place. Just one thing is do not put chairs out in the hallway cubby. Had a chair get stolen overnight.

Great Place on the Beach!

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable(didnt use pull out couch so cant say on that). Stayed in a similar condo a couple months ago but this one felt more roomy and open. Great views of the pond and ocean from the patio. And very convenient to get to beach and main pool/pool bar! Owner was very quick to respond to questions and the new smart tv was great for the one rainy day we had! Hope we can get this unit again in the future.

Folly field

We've never stayed in Hilton Head before so didn't really have any first hand knowledge of the area and the best place to stay. The condo was very clean, but it's definitely no frills and I think that is reflected in the rental price. It's very basic and I can't image more than 2 adults and 2 young kids would be comfortable here. (1 bathroom, bunkbeds are smaller than regular twins, small common living/kitchen area) The pool area was nice and having the restaurant next door was very convenient. Some of the other vacationers at the pool were a little less desirable - drunk, yelling at kids, etc. The beach was nice - a short walk down the boardwalk. There is a bike rental stand on site, but we chose to pay the entrance fee into Sea Pines and rent bikes there. With a younger child we didn't like that the bike paths around the condo area were parallel to a lot of traffic. We were able to bike all through Sea Pines safely with lots of shade, beautiful scenery, a lighthouse to visit, etc.

Great vacation spot!

Easy to find and located near restaurants, outlets, etc. The condo was clean, equipped with everything we needed, the pool was perfect, and the room and entire condo was nice and quiet. Perfect place for a couple or family.

I'm a real estate agent and investor in Atlanta with three grown children. We've been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years, it's a second home to us. I have parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends here, and while Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Ocean Villas is a recent purchase for me, I have long-owned a place to stay on the island.

My family loves Hilton Head for its recreation, there's always something to do. Beach biking, tennis, pickleball, golf, surf fishing, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, parasailing, dolphin tours, zip lining, go-carts, you name it.

We love Hilton Head for its leisure too, like sunset watching, live local music, live community theater and fresh seafood. Check out the shopping, dining and beautiful views at Hilton Head's many marinas, they each have their own personality. There's Broad Creek, Skull Creek, Shelter Cove, Palmetto Bay, South Beach and of course Harbour Town. The island has eat-in, take-out, outdoor patio and marina-bar dining as well as white-table cloth date-night dining. There is something for everyone. We love it here!
