We had a great stay. Love the balcony. We enjoyed both pools…the indoor pool was handy if you want to get out of the sun. Great area.

Great location with perfect views of the beach and sunsets. Communication with Len was excellent and was an easy process. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this place! 10/10 recommendation. Perfect location to food, Publix, and the beach! Sit on the balcony and see/ listen to the waves. The beach-side service was wonderful, too! We will stay here again!

Everything was nice and in good condition. Lots of amenities. We loved th hot tub, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool with close easy access to the beach right out the back gate doors. Len was very kind and friendly. Helpful with anything we needed.

Spring break vacation

Good value. The place was great. Really nice views of the strip and the ocean. Highly recommend this place for young family's for the indoor pool.

Nice weekend getaway

This condo was just the right size for my husband and me. We enjoyed watching and listening to the waves as we drank our morning coffee. It was also just a 30-40 minute drive to Pensacola where we were watching a college tournament.

Anniversary trip

Very clean and nice condo. Right on the beach! The view is awesome! Len is super nice and is there to assist you with any questions/needs you may have! Perfect place to stay and relax for our first year of marriage. 1000% recommend!

Perdido Sky Sept 2023

One bedroom apartment was just perfect for my wife and I. Facility was as advertised. Pool area was large. Could have used some added shade, but we were able to survive the sun. Ocean access was very convenient. Beach service was very reasonable. We would definitely return.

A nice sister getaway

We enjoyed our clean room and the lovely view of the pools and the ocean. The deco in the room was just as the pictures portrayed in the listing. So, no surprises! Thank you, Len, for providing a nice unit!

Great vacation

We had a great time. Our unit was the perfect size for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. I prefer shower doors to a shower curtain. That would be my only suggestion.

Spring Break 2025

I have to give a big shout out to the owner, Len. Communication seems to be lacking in all aspects of life these days, but NOT AT ALL in this case. Len is very responsive and seems to truly care about both his rentals and renters. The place was nice and had everything we needed. Thank you, Len!

Very disappointing. The floor plan should be on the listing because the bunk beds are in the living room. The unit could use an upgrade and the construction noise was ridiculous. We could hear water (like toilet flushes or showering) in the pipes all night long. The outside of the building was great and the beach was perfect. There is no washer/dryer in the unit which was very inconvenient. There were no towels when we got there and the owner said he didn't believe it. He finally sent someone to bring them. The immediate area doesn't have much to do so we won't be staying here again.

Perdido key vacation

View was great, comfortable bed, clean unit. Recommend updating Master bathroom. Masterbath sink needs repair, water did not drain well. No washer dryer in unit. Overall our stay at the unit was comfortable and convenient.

The Perdido Chill

Absolutely loved the location, and the large balcony. The building is older, but well maintained. Our room was just as advertised. There are codes to use for every door - Pool, lobby, bathroom Not so great when your hands are full. This was a great condo for the price, and I would stay here again. The Jellyfish Grill across the street was great! Good food and great service. We found lots of great places to kayak, especially the 5 minute drive to Big Johnson beach at the Gulf Island Seashore. Beautiful beaches and not crowded. Loved the WOW (worship on the water) Easter Service at Flora Bama. Neat place! Traci B

Convenient location in a well appointed unit. When I vacation to the beach, I want to be in a condo facing the gulf so I get the balcony, breeze and views. Heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centers were all a plus. We loved walking across the crosswalk to the Jellyfish for fresh seafood and souvenir shopping. Orange Beach is literally minutes away for fun things to do with kids. The condo is quiet, the bed is comfy and the front desk staff is friendly. I enjoyed the trash chute from the 8th floor. The only thing I missed was having laundry in the unit. It's coin operated on the bottom floor. Overall, we had a great time. The beach has a very laid back vibe.

Nice for the price.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple things that could have been better. One of the chairs in the outdoor set was broken and the others were not far behind. The balcony doesn’t drain well so the tile is incredibly slick. Also, the kitchen sink dripped the entire time we were there. The indoor pool was closed and the boardwalk was under construction and could not be used. Even though these things weren’t ideal our experience overall was nice. Len the owner was thoughtful and helpful easily reachable. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beach access was easy. We would stay again.

The location is unbeatable. Across the street from shops and Jelly Fish restaurant while still maintaining a chilled vibe. Centrally located to grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. Loved the decor, right up my alley. The balcony view is exceptional! Communication with the host was also exceptional. The only negative was the mold/mildew in the bathroom shower. The bed was comfortable and bedroom space was generous. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed Perdido Sun opposed to one of the high rises because the beach was more chilled and the guests were very friendly. We will definitely stay again on return visits. Thank you Len for sharing your little piece of paradise.
