Perfect location by the gorgeous dunes and beach. Outdoor fire pit. Everything in the house you possibly need. Plenty of room to relax and spread out for me,my husband and my dad. Very quiet neighborhood. Would also be great for a family with kids. Bunkbeds, Ping pong table, beach toys. The views from the windows look like paintings. We've come back multiple years. Always excited to arrive and sad to go.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, beach access, fire pit with wood, nice record player with records. Three nights was not enough! Loved our stay!

Perfect location and views of the beach through the dunes. Easy walk into town, access to pedestrian/ bike path and to Nehalem State Park. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay. My kids loved the bunk beds and ping pong table right outside their room. The entire house is well stocked, with everything from baking dishes to Band-Aids. The adults enjoyed the walk down the beach to explore the town. There are many cute shops, restaurants, and friendly people. We enjoyed the Offshore Grill and Manzanita Coffee Co.

Truly this is a special place. The house is so perfect for a family vacation for kids of any age, especially younger kids! We could not get our kids out of the front yard, which is essentially a big sandbox! It’s so awesome. Everything about this house is comfortable and nice! From the linens, towels to the kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, everything is in premium. The flow of the home is so lovely and functional. It’s just got good bones. I can’t recommend this rental enough!

Best property for family with kids. Ranch. No stairs. Large sandy area in front with fire pit. Lots of games. Ping pong table. Sand wagon. Sand toys. Sand chairs. Firewood. 4th bedroom for kids with bunk beds. Large washer and dryer. Lots of windows. Great place! Very clean home. Heat in bathroom and bedrooms.

Great time on the beach! 1.5 days of sun out of 3 so excellent for this time of year on the Oregon coast. The house fit us perfectly (3 adults), clean spacious and right on the beach. Only thing lacking was skewers for somores (we looked did find maybe we missed them?). Firestarter worked great in the fire pit. Beds very comfortable, everything clean and well organized. Thanks so much!

This house continues to be one of our favorite rentals to visit. It is in a perfect location, right on the beach, with plenty of activities provided for my family to enjoy. We love the laid back, retro feel. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home!

We have stayed here multiple times over the years and always love to return. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood and beach front. The house is well appointed, super comfortable beds and has everything you need to enjoy the beach and trails. Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful trip!

We had a lovely time, the house was perfect and accomodated our group of Moms and kids wonderfully. You can't beat the location on the beach and the kids loved playing in the sand and yard right out front!

Spring break!

House was beautiful, clean, and stocked w all the necessities for a homey vacation. The beach views and access is truly breathtaking!Had a small issue w the hot water which got reaolved promptly. Loved our stay!

House Helped Make for a Wonderful Vacation

The location was wonderful, the two beds in the two principal bedrooms were quite comfortable, the bathrooms and showers were excellent, the house was well stocked, and both the house and its setting were aesthetically quite pleasing.
