***Please be aware, our Spring Break prices are lower than usual because the exterior of the complex is currently being remodeled so the property is dustier and louder than usual.***

AMAZING LOCATION!

Pictures do not do this place justice! This is the only 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor at this complex. There is a reserved, covered parking spot for your car right outside your front door and a reserved slip where you can dock your boat right outside your back door. You can do some great fishing or have your guide pick up, all just outside your door! Not doing any fishing or bringing a boat? No worries, the canal still provides a great, relaxing water view from your living room, dining room and kitchen AND this unit is also next to the pool, hot tub and the nice deck which both kids and adults will love. You will have CVS and some restaurants just around the corner and the beach is just minutes away.

This place is truly a home away from home. A great open floor plan will allow the whole family or group of friends to spend some real quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for cooking and dining during your stay. The living room has a smart TV and there is a TV in each bedroom as well. You probably won't have time to use them but feel free to bring your electronics from home because wifi is provided. Cable is too. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the guest bedroom also has a queen plus a twin bed.

Great View of Canal

The place has a few rough edges but overall pretty nice.We stayed for 30 days. They did have a nice welcome basket for us. Communication with manager was good initially, but when we contacted them about some shortcomings, i.e. the smoke detector didn't work, the toaster quit working, one patio/porch chair was broken/unrepairable, they didn't resolve the issues. Also the boat slip is broken, but was a non-issue because we didn't need it.

Smells musty and like mildew

Outdated broken appliances dryer microwave. Walls had blotches of wrong paint color through the condo. Duck tape on sliding glass door. Beds were like concrete. Bath tub was from the 80’s the tub floor was so unstable.music at pool was loud and drunks till 230 am Some one parked in my carport for two days and management was told and did nothing about it. So disappointed with this whole ordeal What a waste of money wish I could post up pics of this place every time I opened the door the smell was so intense

Mother’s Day Weekend

The property definitely needs some updating but the location was great for what we needed. The fishing was awesome and the pool area is fantastic. Sliding glass door needs replacing but we were careful with it and it worked ok. Beds were comfortable and AC was perfect.

Very Poor

This place is a disgrace and had to leave right away. There are molds in ceiling and vents. A hole in ceiling that leaks water. Air condition filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Manager though was cooperative and gave me a full refund. But this place shouldn’t be rented out in this unhealthy condition.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt, es müsste renoviert werden und das Küchengeschirr ausgewechselt werden,, Fußbodenfliesen waren kaputt und locker( mit Teppich überklebt) , Wasserschaden vor längere Zeit gehabt.Kommunikation mit Verwalter i.O, Pool und Whirlpool gut

End of Summer Get-a-way

My husband and I took our 3 grandkids for their first beach trip ever, and couldn’t have been more pleased! The condo was perfect for the 5 of us with all the conveniences of being at home! I was able to wash our beach attire and towels every evening and we had a great time winding down by taking a quick swim in the gorgeous pool next to us! Padre island is amazing and I encourage you to scoop up this place when available!

Great location!

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was perfectly as described. The pool was right next door and each night we all enjoyed the fishing off the dock right out back. We didn’t catch anything big, but the kids had a blast with all the little fish they did catch. I was surprised to find that laundry soap, dish soap, and trash bags were all provided as several other places I’ve stayed have you provide your own. The covered parking spot right out the front door made loading and unloading a breeze. My only complaint was that some of the dishes cleanliness were questionable, so we washed them before using and also that there were no large knives. We bought a watermelon to cut up and take to the beach, but found we had no way of cutting it when we got back to the condo and had to make another trip to the store to purchase one. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

We had a really good experience didn't have our barbque pit as promised, our condo wasn't as clean as I would like but overall area was super nice enjoyed pool and hot tub.

Need trash bags

Place was great for us. Only ask we had was having more trash bags. Could not find any and needed one or two more.

Disappointed

The property was dirty. Specifically hair clogging the shower drain and hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. There is visible mold growing on the bathroom walls. The garbage disposal didn't work and backed up the dishwasher. We woke up to water all over the kitchen floor and food and debris backed up in the sink. We notified property management and were told they would come over and take care of the issues. They never came, I guess I'm not surprised as my expectations were low considering the condition of the property. This was a guys fishing trip so although disgusting, we were ok. I would never allow my wife and kids to stay here. Stay away unless your standards of cleanliness are low.

Vacation

Overall it was good! The house could be cleaner! There was mold on the ceilings. There wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels provided we had to go out and buy our own. But over all great location and had a great stay.

Perfect

The unit was very convenient being next to the pool and on the 1st floor. We did some fishing in the canal.. kids played in the pool. The property managers were readily available when I had a question.we don't have any complaints. The property was clean and overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay! Was perfect for the few adults and two young ones we had with us. Right by the pool and great location if you're looking to stay out on the island. Read reviews about smells/cleanliness, but it's certainly not what we experienced. Really great place for the value!

The AC was not working. The owner was quick to bring in temp units but the main area and kitchen never cooled off. There is mold growing in the ceiling that can be seen in several places so what isnt seen must be a lot. It made me sick. Came home with respiratory issues from breathing it.

Great place for an extended weekend

We really enjoyed staying here. The little view right outside the living room with the marina added to its charm. The place was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable; slightly on the firm side. TV in the bedroom worked. We didn’t try the living room or other room as we were at the beach the majority do the days and didn’t want to waste our time indoors. Only negative thing to say is the internet didn’t work when we tried for brief work purposes but we just used our phone as a hot spot and it didn’t interfere with what we needed to get done. But this could be a larger problem for someone else.

Place was fairly clean. Smelled moldy and they had 2 deadbolts on door but neither one worked. Dishwasher was not working. It was close to pool which was nice.

It was a good experience.

My family and I a great time, property was nice for fishing. When we arrived all we could smell was bleach which is good but after an hour or so the condo had a weird odor and the bathroom smelled like strong urine. The sheets and comforter in the master bedroom didn’t seem to be clean at all but we had brought our own linen. Overall we had a great time.
