This property was excellent! The extremely short walk to the beach was perfectly located between beach entrances where crowds were thinner. It was well stocked with towels and the separate units worked out great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the front loading washing machine was very clean, which has not been our experience in past rentals. We would definitely stay again!

Just a wonderful place the pool made it nice the walk to the beach just see the sunrise was excellent. The experience was wonderful.

Everything was in working order and as expected! The location was great, very close to the beach. The air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfy, the pool was in great shape. All around. We had a great experience and I believe it is priced well! We would definitely go back again.

This was the perfect location for our family. Just steps to the beach and a heated pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The second floor master bedroom was a little light at night due to the street light outside, but we had a wonderful time.

Wyoming, Texas, & Alaska families merging at this property. It was great! Kids loved the pool and playing on the beach. Lots of great places to eat close by. Fun was had by all!

Family trip to the Sunshine State

My sister and I came down to Florida to visit our parents with our families. The house had plenty of room, was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - steps to the beach! All 8 of us enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little place! 😎

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The property is in a wonderful location, only steps away from the beach, and also very close to all the most desired restaurants of New Smyrna Beach. They had everything we needed at the house, and the pool and patio area was awesome.

Daytona 500

Came down for thebDaytona 500 and the location was excellent. Close by beach, stores and restaurants made everything easy to navigate.

Great family vacation home.

There were eight of us from 2 to 90 and we had a great time. Immaculately clean ands stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Very nice home and enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. Chase restaurant great food give big portions and fish very fresh and cocktails very good. Garlic’s restaurant is a must place to go great food and atmosphere. Thank you for the lovely stay

Great Location

Just steps to a beautiful beach. The house was well stocked with towels, supplies and items for the beach. We would definitely come back again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Mermaids Playground. The layout of the house was perfect for us when we had family visit the first week we were there. The proximity to the beach was great! Lots of good restaurants were conveniently located. Communication with Great Oceans was always very timely, friendly and courteous. We look forward to our next vacation at Mermaids Playground again.

How Cozy & Convenient

I love how cozy our unit was, and just steps away from the beach not to mention the private pool. This is definitely a "do over", we're planning on more vacations here.
