Make this your home at the beach! Play in the waves, or just sit in the comfort of your living room and enjoy the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the Whales, Seals, Pelicans, Surfing, and much more.
Bar-B-Que on the front patio with ocean view.
Double car garage plus 3 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional spaces available nearby.

This spacious new home built in 2005 is set between the Pacific Ocean in front, and a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back with a view of Tillamook Head.
At almost 4000 sq feet of living area and decks, you will have plenty of room for everyone. (up to 12 adults + children under 5)
The bedrooms are very large with either a King or Queen bed. And there are 2 dens with several additional beds. We do not allow outside bedding to be brought in. There is ample bedding provided.

Great for Family Reunions, Church and Civic groups, or Wedding Parties.
Larger groups? No problem, book both our houses (#148425 & #68490) for up to 24 adults + children under 4, and receive a discount. Occupancy limits apply to adults.

For a catered Barbecue on wheels, let us suggest The Burner,the best Barbecue on the Coast!

Come on the 4th of July, and you will be dazzled with the fireworks display. Enjoy from the house or the deck. Please book early, our customers always want to come back.

Fantastic !

We stayed for a week and it was a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect! There is a lot of space for families to spread out for privacy and the owner was fantastic to work with!

Roomy and Quiet

Loved staying at this property. It had plenty of space for our kids/grandkids and was a peaceful place to watch the ocean and catch up on sleep. Easy beach access was wonderful. I'd stay here again!

You’re paying for the view which is amazing. Furniture is old and out dated. Towels are mismatched and have seen better days. Kitchen needs a remodel. Only one TV works which is not great with kids. TV on the 3rd floor needs to be replaced.

Great time!

This property worked great for our multi generational family get-together. Everything was great. We especially enjoyed the view of the ocean from the main floor's window.

Best view of the beach!

We stayed with family for the Independence Day holiday. We were treated to the best firework show the OR coast could offer. The house was clean and well equipped and pleasant communication with the owners made our vacation stress free and enjoyable.

Beautiful view, conveniently located

We stayed at Ron and Marcy’s over the weekend of Hood to Coast. It was a wonderful space to stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Ron and Marcy were very responsive to any issues that came up. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful trip

Worked well for our family of twelve. Plenty of space. Smaller kitchen but worked ok. Great view…wonderful weather that weekend and many surfers right out the windows

Sibling vacation

The rooms in the house were even bigger than we expected and the location was perfect! Not only did we have a great view of the ocean and surfers, but behind us we had forests and mountains. We enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood seeing deer, and beautiful homes and gardens. Will definitely recommend this home!

Better than expected

This house was amazing! There is so much room for everyone and the house is so well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The views and access to the beach were our favorite part. The only complaint that anyone had was that a couple of the beds were not comfortable.

Seaside Family Reunion

Right from the get go the communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. Walking into the front door made us feel like we were ready to relax and be with family. There was so much room for accommodations and to be together in one family room and kitchen. The view was amazing! Sitting there looking out the wonderful picture windows was so relaxing and serene. It was fun to watch surfers and fishermen do their thing. We would most definitely stay again!

Nice Place

Overall good experience. Having to wash and dry all dishes and linens before checkout is a lot to ask. The floors weren’t particularly clean. Sleeps lots of people. Great location to beach and golf course. Views are wonderful! Well equipped kitchen. Huge rooms and bathrooms.

Down by the Sea

Great communication from start to finish. We’re a family that travel to seaside each summer for 50 years. Our parents started the tradition and now my siblings and i All book and stay to carry on a wonderful tradition. This little cove is spectacular, waking to watch the surfers and ending our day with a magnificent sunset. Everything was great! Marcy and Ron are wonderful hosts🌟

Great for our Sales Meeting/Rep Weekend

We're a group of Leanin' Tree sales reps from WA, OR, and ID who had our annual sales meeting here in September 2011...we liked it so much we've already reserved for 2012. The house has plenty of room for everyone and if there was any problem it was that the view (and the cute surfers!) caused occasional distractions from the sales meeting...not a problem anyone minded! Great house, great hosts and pretty doggoned good view, too!

Great property and even better location!

Many in my family have vacationed in Seaside for years, and this is the first time we have rented a house for the annual trip. We were not disappointed. The Property Owner was amazing to work with, and I have no complaints from that angle. The house was in a great location, close enough to the Promenade, etc. to walk if you would like, but far enough that traffic was extremely minimal. We had a great time watching pelicans dive all day out the main windows, and even my family members who live on the coast in Florence were amazed with the view. Highly recommend.

Outstanding vacation rental!

This place is amazing. Awesome for big groups. We had eight families together in Seaside for a basketball tournament and everyone had a great experience. Used both houses together. Tons of room for everyone to gather in common areas and have their own personal space as well. Views of the ocean are simply mesmerizing. Great location on the beach and also close to town. Ron and Marcy were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped make the whole stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Seaside!

Magical place for a memorable vacation

Twenty of my family stayed in the two houses to help me celebrate a "big" birthday. The houses had a luxurious amount of space for our group, and were furnished to provide maximum comfort for all. Both kitchens included enough dishes and cooking utensils for group meals. The view is beyond compare. Fireworks on the 4th were fabulous. We enjoyed campfires across the street. Plenty of activities nearby to satisfy all ages. Both houses were beautifully clean, and the owners were friendly and responsive. We can't wait to go back!

We are longtime residents of the Seaside area, and have designed and built many of the homes here. Ron was a contractor here and is now retired, and Marcy has a State Farm Insurance office in nearby Warrenton. We live a few doors down, and love the easygoing 'Cove' style of living.

Located in Seaside, both #68490 & #148425 are unique, and have the best view on the Oregon Coast. It faces Northwest, and has a view of the surf coming in at an angle. You can watch surfers come all the way across the front of the house. You have to see it to believe it! The Pictures don't do it Justice!
It is also out of the noise and confusion of the down town area, but only a short walk to the south end of the prom, and is much closer to the surf than any of the houses on the Prom.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

When you arrive, the beds are made, the towels are out, and there is a complementary supply of paper products and soaps. The only thing you have to do is unpack and stock the kitchen! If there is anything you need prior to your stay, just let us know and we will do out best to acquire it for you.
We do not allow pets , or smoking and use allergen free cleaning materials to cater to people with allergies or who are sensitive to chemicals and odors. (If you travel with a service animal we can recommend a pet friendly house nearby.
