Make this 'your' home at the beach! Play in the waves, or just sit in the comfort of your living room and enjoy the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the Whales, Seals, Pelicans, Surfing, and much more.
Bar-B-Que on the front patio with ocean view. Double car garage and plenty of off street parking.

This spacious new home built in 2005 set between the Ocean in front, and a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back.
At almost 3800 sq feet of living area and decks, you will have plenty of room for everyone.
The bedrooms are very large with King beds. Plus 2 dens, one a Queen bed and 2 Twins the other with 2 Twin beds.

Great for Family Reunions, Church and Civic groups, or Wedding Parties.
Larger groups? No problem, book both our houses (#148425 & #68490) for 24 adults + children and receive a discount. Occupancy limits apply to adults.
For a fantastic catered Barbeque on wheels let us suggest the best Barbeque on the coast!

Come on the 4th of July, and you will be dazzled with the fireworks display from your own window. But book early, our customers always want to come back.

Enjoy low off season rates for smaller groups.
No reservations are confirmed until required rents are paid and contract is completed, signed and received.

Property was in a beautiful location. Everything was very neat and clean. We would very much like to stay in this property again. Our children and grandchildren loved the property and its proximity to shopping in Seaside.

Lovely venue for family celebration

Very nice venue for our family and close friends to celebrate a few birthdays, explore the Pacific shore, eat lots of seafood, and go Ziplining! Easily accommodated 8 adults and one teen. Bring your own shampoo.

A great house for larger groups!

We had a large group of 14 guests at this beautiful house. We loved the proximity to the beach and the town of Seaside. It comfortably accommodated 14 guests with the 4 bedrooms and extra beds in the dens. Marcy and Ron were wonderful, very responsive hosts. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The Beta Ladies!

Eleven ladies at the time of their lives in this beautiful home overlooking the Seaside cove. Stunning views, all the amenities anyone would want, gorgeous decor, comfy beds, and a fantastic patio to enjoy. We already made our reservation for next year and are counting the days until we return to this lovely home.

Perfect location

It was perfect. They was plenty of space for everyone and view was spectacular! Great location to do day trips. Tvs could be updated but I was not there for that. Actually I was not on social media either. Would definitely go back!

fabulous family reunion

This was the perfect home for our family reunion. The location is wonderful--close to town, but separated from the crowds. And the view from the second story main dining and kitchen was extraordinary. We had easy access to the beach for all kinds of activities. Back inside, there are numerous ways to have private sleeping rooms for adult children but have cousins sleeping together.We had room in the kitchen and dining area to all eat together. And everything about checking in and out was smooth and easy. At the end of our stay our grandkids declared it the best trip ever!

Bright and light with panoramic view!

Eleven of us, two families of three generations, spent a super holiday at Sunset Cove in the smaller of Marcy and Ron's huge beautiful duplex on the ocean. Beautiful and spacious, clean and easy-to-maintain, conducive to conversation and relaxation...the unit provided us with big enough spaces both indoor and out to enjoy the whole group for meals, chat, laughter, and games...and offered great quiet reading, napping, meditating corners as well. Kitchen area is well designed for cooks who enjoy being in on the ocean viewing and common conversation while they 'work'. As noted in reviews and descriptions, the location is the best! And the owners, seasoned Seaside locals, are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We loved our stay!

Wonderful stay

The property is well located and you would get any general things within few miles. The property is kid friendly. We spent lot of time just sitting in living room and watching surfers. Would recommend this property

Best family vacation!!

Our extended family rented both units during the week of July 4th. Absolutely stunning view of fireworks, sunsets, surfers. We had family members from ages 2 - 76 and these units accommodated us very nicely. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and open space gave everyone some privacy when needed. Having the large garages available made a great place to keep all of the kids beach toys We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you Marcy and Ron

Amazing in every way!

This vacation home is just as fantastic as everyone says...and then some. We rented this home alone with twin property (#68490) for a large family gathering and no one had a single complaint. The views are unbeatable, it is extremely spacious, and the management provides a level of service that just puts this rental in a league of it's own. The management made the experience even better with their responsiveness, helpful feedback, and flexible check in and check out times. When we had to stay an additional night due to unforeseen circumstances, their generous and understanding response was hand down above and beyond anything that we have seen anywhere else. Thank you so much for making our time in Seaside such a positive experience!

Breathtaking rental!

This vacation rental is absolutely fabulous! The view of the North Oregon Pacific Ocean is breathtaking! The owners have put a lot of thought into accommodating their guests. Very spacious common areas and so many bedrooms and beds! The amenities are too many to quote. If you are looking for a stunning place to stay, this is it!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

This place is amazing. Awesome for big groups. We had eight families together in Seaside for a basketball tournament and everyone had a great experience. Used both houses together. Tons of room for everyone to gather in common areas and have their own personal space as well. Views of the ocean are simply mesmerizing. Great location on the beach and also close to town. Ron and Marcy were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped make the whole stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Seaside!

A fabulous place to stay

We were very happy with our stay in this vacation home for 2 nights because of its location and fully furnished facilities. This place has everything you need for your stay, bedrooms are large enough to retreat and well maintained. Loved the location since this is very close to the beach and market place. Our kids had a wonderful time with the play room. The owners are very friendly and made sure that we had all we need. Will definitely consider this vacation home again.

Great Wedding Venue

We can't thank Marcy and Ron enough for allowing us to use their BEAUTIFUL home as the venue for out wedding. We were able to house our immediate family, and entire wedding party within the two condos. Our guests raved about the location and commented on the spectacular views. Honestly, the pictures don't do this place justice. The kitchens were stocked with virtually any cooking utensil a home chef could want and the layout encouraged people to mingle. Marcy and Ron were wonderful and made it a point to make themselves available should we need additional support. Marcy was especially helpful during the wedding planning process. Since we were making all arrangements from another state, we relied heavily on her input. She helped us find vendors that made our special day go off without a hitch. I would recommend either or both of these condos to any one in need of accommodations for a large party. We are so happy and so grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

BEST FAMILY REUNION EVER!

Sunset Cove was a dream come true! We had the space we needed for nearly 30 people for a week of family and fun. The two units were ideal for our purposes and everyone had comfortable beds and space to be at home. Our family was comprised of infants to teens, young adults and those of us young at heart. With the beach so close many mornings would find some of us out searching for sand dollars and evenings sitting by a campfire. Our communal meals were no problem in the huge kitchen with groups taking turns cooking. Nearly everything we could think of was provided.... even quality high chairs and play pens! Tons of fun things to do in Seaside or just stay at the house to read a book or your favorite web site. All the techies in the family were very happy with the wireless connection. The owners, Marcy & Ron, were always helpful, even before we arrived. They let us take a tour so we could plan ahead. Family was coming from around the world so this was important. We could then tell the family the web pictures were right on the money! Gorgeous views and literally steps to the water. Everything was perfect.

We are longtime residents of the Seaside area, and have designed and built many of the homes here. Ron was a contractor here and is now retired, and Marcy has a State Farm Insurance office in nearby Warrenton. We live a few doors down, and love the easygoing 'Cove' style of living.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The location of both #68490 & #148425 is unique, and has the best view on the Oregon Coast. It faces Northwest, and has a view of the surf coming in at an angle. You can watch surfers come all the way across the front of the house. You have to see it to believe it! The Pictures don't do it Justice!
It is also out of the noise and confusion of the down town area, but only a short walk to the south end of the prom, and is much closer to the surf than any of the houses on the Prom.

When you arrive, the beds are made, the towels are out, and there is a complementary supply of paper products and soaps. The only thing you have to do is unpack and stock the kitchen! If there is anything you need prior to your stay, just let us know and we will do out best to acquire it for you.
We do not allow pets , or smoking and use allergen free cleaning materials to cater to people with allergies or who are sensitive to chemicals and odors. (If you travel with a service animal we can recommend a pet friendly house nearby.
