Located near restaurants, beaches, hotels, and the harbor in Dana Point! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with sofa bed. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV & cable, shower & private bathroom, and large walk in closet. Second bedroom includes a queen bed, full dresser, comfy armchair, and also a large walk in closet. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen with small breakfast table, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, & large fridge. Large dining room table seats 8! Living room includes 50" flat screen smart TV & cable; and sofa can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Ritz Pointe pool & clubhouse just steps away from unit. A gas grill is provided on the patio. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included with rental!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! It was extremely clean, well-kept, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—from beach chairs and linens to extra kitchen supplies. Having the laundry right off the master was a huge plus. The clubhouse amenities (pool, spa, ping pong) were excellent, and it’s just a quick one-mile walk to the beach. Brian was an incredibly responsive host. We wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely stay here again!

Very prompt response from the owner from the start Easy entry to property from security gate and condo doorWas a hefty walk to the beach and back. There is ample parking for a dollar an hour at Salt Creek.The kitchen was well stocked nice having a washer dryer and dishwasher. The beds were comfy.Swimming pool jacuzzi and work out areas were a nice treat

This was such a great little condo in the best location for our family vacation this summer. It had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. Easy check in process and lots of accessible house hold items available to use. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was really nice! Great location, easy check-in/out and lots of information before we arrived and in the condo after we arrived. The pool and hot tub areas are close, the parking had covered spot and nice first floor unit with a patio. We did have one issue while there. The code/keypad did not work after a Fri night wedding event and neither of the hosts (owner/mgr) answered our calls, texts, emails or VRBO messages until 1.5 hrs later. They finally answered and unlocked the condo for the night. They both apologized for not answering. The next day we were given a physical key for the remainder of the stay. The keypad worked sporadically the rest of the stay. Good thing we had the key. The mgr had to change the smoke detector and new batteries too while we were there. They came quickly for that and it only chirped in the unit for a while until they took it to replace it. We loved the gated community, great restaurants close and such a beautiful area of CA.

This property was exactly as described, and very clean upon check-in. The owners provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Wonderful location. Would certainly stay here again.

A lovely, comfortable condo in a great location. The complex is beautiful & safe with a nice pool and hot tub area. The host answered all our questions promptly (not that we had many as all the info we needed was given to us) & was helpful. The condo itself is spacious & comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfectly located Condo in Dana Pt for visiting South OC beaches … Salt Creek, the Strand, Laguna, Newport, San Clemente. Super clean, upgraded and has fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, great restaurants and shopping very close by. August 14-21, 2025.

This condo is a family project. Brian is the owner and Tara, his daughter is the property manager (both pictured). Tara and her husband Luke and their three children live in Dana Point. Brian and his wife Denise live in the Phoenix area in Arizona. The condo is a perfect place for Denise and Brian to stay while they are spoiling their grandkids. They are pleased to be able to share it with others the rest of the time.
