The condo was decorated so cute and beachy, and was very clean! Our family enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and downtown! We also loved the balcony in the evenings, and feeding the turtles in the pond right behind. The pool was super nice, relaxing and a very short walk! We loved absolutely everything about this condo and our stay! Brenda was an excellent host and quickly responded to a couple of questions we had initially! A truly great experience for a first visit! Hope to be back one day! Thanks so much!

This condo is nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Parking was no problem. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and Brenda responded quickly. She has a list of recommendations that I found helpful, as I had never been to the area before… we had a delicious meal at Karibo, really enjoyed Ft Clinch, and had a lovely lunch at the Ritz. I’d love to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short block from the beach. We loved being able to walk over to collect seashells while the kids splashed and played in the water. Communication with Brenda was excellent and very reassuring, especially when we thought we were lost on our way in.If you’re looking for a great place to stay near the beach in Fernandina, this VRBO is a fantastic choice. We would happily stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

We loved our stay! The place is freshly renovated, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — even brand-new cookware. A small check-in hiccup was quickly resolved, and the owner’s communication and flexibility (including late checkout) were wonderful. Great Forest Ridge location with great local tips — we’d happily stay again!

Wonderful property tucked away in the trees with pool and tennis/pickleball court access. The unit had lots of space for folks and was very nicely decorated. Only a short walk to the beach.

This is the third unit we've rented in Forest Ridge and by far the best-equipped. It was very clean and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the location, near the entrance to the community, and the first-floor one-story configuration, and the relative privacy of the outdoor deck. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to our inquiries. We like Forest Ridge because of its mid-island location, convenient to everything and one block from the beach. It seems increasingly to be predominantly a rental community but it's quiet, at least in February.

Vacation Perfect

It is the perfect vacation rental. I am making this rental my go-to for all future trips to Fernandina. It has all the amenities needed. Brenda was amazing about checking to make sure we had everything.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was great and it was very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean and well stocked with anything that you would need.

Lovely community and condo, with pool, practically on the beach - easy, quick walk and very easily accessible. Not in the historic district but had wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to anything we wanted to do. Host was clear and very responsive. Fabulous stay overall.

We fell in love with Amelia Island with our first trip in 1990. We have enjoyed hosting so many visitors in our Sailmaker Condo (45820). We really wanted to add another condo to our offering and we think this one is just perfect!

When we walked into this unit, we just loved it. It was so bright and inviting with such a beautiful view from the living area (pond with water feature). Even a nice shade tree keeps the patio comfortable.. We think it will make our guests happy to stay here,. It was the right one.
