Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had a 3.5 year old with us so we cooked in every night. My grandson had a great time in the creek. This home was just what we wanted for this event.

Great home, great location, close to Boone and Blowing Rock in the beautiful. NC mountains. Enjoyed the creek running right through the large property.

This was our second stay at Moonshine Bend, and it was just as special as the first. Five adults fit very comfortably, and the house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need from plenty of towels to comfortable outdoor seating. The real highlight, though, is the creek just steps from the house. We spent most of our time splashing around in the water, and it was such a treat to have it right outside the door. Bring your friends, river shoes, and a sense of adventure as this place won’t disappoint. We swam, laughed, skipped rocks, and made wonderful memories. What more could you ask for? Looking forward to coming back for a third time soon :)

This was my second stay at this property. It is an incredible escape from the hustle and bustle. The house is perfectly located on the creek for fishing or swimming. The house itself is extremely well maintained and comfortable. Renee is always responsive and seems to really want you to enjoy your time. 10/10, highly recommend. I'll be back with my children

Cabin was great. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean. 20 minutes to Boone. 30 minutes to Appalachian Ski Mountain. Outside was beautiful.

Weekend Getaway

The property was very nice and had everything we needed and then some. The river was absolutely beautiful and we all enjoyed swimming and fishing. Overall a great place to stay and unwind.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Excellent place to stay if you want peace and quiet with a creek located behind the home if you enjoy fishing or just listening to the water babbling across the rocks. Swings on the back porch for enjoying the view of the creek and an outside fire pit with patio furniture. Very clean and supplied with anything you’ll need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway
