We truly loved this home, it was so close to everything! It was super clean and Tim and Kris were exception host. We can’t wait to come back. I highly highly recommend staying here .

Great location, great patio, comfortable beds and sitting areas, well equipped kitchen, very helpful hosts. We wouldn’t recommend it for elders as the access from a dreadful parking area (there was some chance that in trying to leave that I might have hit something including my husband who was directing me) and the downward walkway including steps without a hand rail (difficult to manage with luggage) was slated as the only entrance. Might be good to let residents know that the luggage could be dropped in front of the house where there are only a few steps. Also, an alert for “crumblies” that the last step going out front and into the patio are very deep. Perfect for most folks with direct access to a lively children’s park, the old town and buses to the railway.

Great location

The location was great. The house was well-supplied - I was able to cook a substantial meal for the friends I was traveling with, especially with the excellent cookware.

Perfect location for the Pikes Peak Marathon. All the amenities for a good night sleep and place to rest post race. Hosts were fabulous at answering pre arrival questions.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was absolutely Amazing! Great Communication with owners, and the property was stopped with everything we could possibly need. The location was by far the best! We felt very safe and comfortable and can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful hosts, very clean property, welcoming for our dogs, fantastic location. Also appreciated all of the supplies for cooking and the bottle of wine waiting for us!

Great Location!

This rental was perfect for our stay and is as advertised. It’s within walking distance of downtown Manitou and quiet in the evening. I would definitely stay here if back in the area.
