The cottage was clean, had everything thing we needed except there wasn’t enough coat hangers Quiet spot close to everything, the deck was an added bonus as we ate outside everyday.The only negative was we had a mouse guest so needed to keep all food stuff in the fridge.

We had a great stay at this quaint, little cottage. It was clean, well equipped and so cute. We loved the outdoor space on the big balcony. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. It really is Manitou's hidden gem. We can't wait to go back!

Overall good stay! Quant spot in Manitou. Close to town and had all the amenities needed for us. Check in was quick and check out was super easy. Also did laundry there. Awesome! Good communication with the owner.

Beautiful scenery. The tiny home was perfect sized. The backyard was a mountain. The local wildlife was amazing. And Manitou springs has so much to offer and so close. This place was a win win

David supplied me with all the necessary information to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well supplied and the bedding was comfortable. The apartment was very clean and wifi was great. The deck was private and has a good view of the mountains. Will stay here again when next I visit the area.

Great views from the porch! The location is convenient for accessing town businesses.Snow on the landing was a little slippery on our arrival, but we were very careful. Thank you for providing extra blanket! (Recommend more hooks by the door and kitchen)

Was very clear in listing that it was more like a tiny home, perfect for what we needed for just the two of us. Very clean upon arrival, easy check in and clear communication on parking and how to enter unit. Close to all the destinations we were planning to visit on our trip.
