Beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom lakefront home with breathtaking views from almost every room in the house! Wake up to scenic lake views from two of the upper floor bedrooms and enjoy gorgeous sunsets from one of the four very spacious decks. Take a swim from the private dock that overlooks a lighthouse and has two boat wells, one is available for guest use and one owner occupied. There is a security camera on the dock pointing at owners boat and jet ski, just an FYI. This is for the security of the owners boat and jet ski ONLY. This wonderful home includes a lower level, fully stocked kitchen including stainless steel appliances, full refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, four slot toaster, pots, pans, utensils and plenty of dish ware for indoor/outdoor entertaining Or grill up your favorite meal on the gas grill from the deck while enjoying lake life living. ++Owner does not provide propane, there may be some in the tank or there may not be.++ Tank exchange is at corner store (Conoco).

The family living area overlooks the lake and has a large TV / SONOS entertainment system and includes wifi and cable. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children, with two queen beds, full size mattress bunkbeds and 2 adult on queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Master bedroom includes a master bath. NOTE- 2 PARKING SPACES ONLY. Any trash on dock area needs to be brought up OR maybe subject to extra fees. Plenty of restaurants, shops and water activities . Located between Mile Marker 3 & 4. Also, a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and the strip!

Great house in perfect location

Our family stayed for a long weekend and were really pleased with the property and location. The deck overlooking the lake is even better in person. House was as advertised and we had plenty of room. Good location in a cove. Will definitely be back next year.

Fun at Lake of the Ozarks

The house had every thing we needed for a fun week on the lake. Great views of the sunsets from the deck and dinners on the screened in porch. Jason was very responsive to all our questions.

Comfort & charm on the lake

Jason & Kerry's lake house is wonderful! Excellent, updated condition with charming lake decor. It is the perfect property to relax and enjoy the lake inside and outside. Communication is thorough and extremely responsive (often within minutes, definitely within hours). Great location on a quieter cove. Highly recommend!

Amazing week long stay

The property is perfect for children and adults. It’s in a cove that doesn’t get as much traffic as most. The neighbors were very friendly. Our 2year old twins were able to catch multiple fish and enjoy the gated decks as well. We would love to stay again! The property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you see in the pictures!

We (three families with kids) really enjoyed our time at this lake house. The location was great -- about 10 minutes away from grocery stores and shops in the city, with a small ice house about 2 minutes away. The house itself is fresh and clean, well stocked with kitchen needs and other amenities. (We did have to buy some dishwashing detergent; not sure if this is normally stocked or not.) Keurig coffee maker (bring some K-cups), TVs in each room, fast internet, ceiling fans, and a modern, open layout. We very much appreciated the kid friendliness of the setup: a high chair can be found in the closet, board games, and locked child gates leading to the water. There is, however, very little outdoor space for kids to play other than on the deck. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and updated. There are four levels of decks outside, each offering great views of the lake -- particularly at sunset. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the highest deck, while the other three levels lead down to the water and dock with plenty of chairs and tables. At night, the outside is well lit and provides a great atmosphere. The owners were extremely responsive with any questions we had. If you have disabilities or problems with stairs, it could be difficult as the parking area is about a dozen steps up from the house itself which can make loading and unloading your luggage a challenge. But this is a house on the water, so this type of setup it is to be expected. We would definitely come back!

wonderful house, great location!

We stayed at this property in late June for 6 days and it was perfect! The house is adorable, very nicely updated and appointed, and well kept. We had 8 people: 2 couples were perfect for the 2 queen-bed rooms; 4 high school/college age kids worked well in the 3rd generous-size bedroom (since they're all older, they preferred to trade off the 2 full-size double bed bunks and space on the floor with sleeping bags and blankets, and there was plenty of room). And the 2 families shared the 2 full baths. Kitchen and living space had everything we needed, was well appointed (kitchenwares, seating/lounging, great TV & sound system) and plenty of space. LOVED the screened in porch, grill and beautiful decks overlooking the lake for morning relaxing, dining and sunbathing. And we enjoyed the firepit built into the yard on the edge of the bottom deck on a beautiful evening. The dock had terrific space to hang out and swim off, which was the focus of our vacation, as well as space to pull up a ski boat we rented for tubing and jet skis. Per Jason and Kerry's recommendation, we rented from Adventure Boat Rentals one cove over--they were very friendly, great to work with and convenient. You do have to travel through a little bit of the main channel to get back to the property, but once there the cove is generously sized for safe tubing and jet skiing when the main channel is busy. We have previously stayed in a condo complex in Osage Beach, where groceries, shopping, entertainment etc is very convenient. We worried that we might miss this convenience at this property, but found it only took 12 minutes to drive to HyVee in Osage Beach (and all the surrounding amenities), so it worked out great! This home made for a perfect vacation and we will definitely be interested in renting again!

Great house for a weekend at the lake!

We had a great weekend at the lake! The location was easy to find and not too far from shopping and other activities in Osage Beach. There was lots of room to unpack and get comfortable. The empty pantry in the kitchen was great! The owners are very responsive to questions and left great instructions for check-in/check-out. We will definitely remember this property for future lake weekend vacations!

Great family spot

The listing was exactly as advertised, which isn’t always the case on VRBO. House is very clean and well kept. Outdoor spaces are excellent - decks and dock. Screened in porch was a nice bonus! No complainants here. Will rent again next year!

Amazing home!

Not sure that I want to say how good it is because we want it to be available when we want to come back! Amazing property, amazing location, and amazing owners!! Loved everything about this place. Clean, spacious, well equipped, great location.... Owners were so helpful when we had an issue with our boat and trailer. We will definitely have this as one of our regular places to stay. Thanks for everything!!

Weekend Escape

We traveled from CO to Lake of the Ozarks for a long weekend away with family. The home was welcoming and had everything we needed for the weekend. Everyone was comfortable in the space, the beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furnishings. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch at night and being able to use the covered boat dock was a huge plus. We were able to get the boat in the water the day after we got there, but had a hard time finding a place to store the boat trailer. I highly recommend contacting several places before bringing your own watercraft as there aren’t many options available especially on a holiday weekend. All in all it was a great weekend away and the owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had before, upon arrival and during our stay.

Wonderful house and location

The house is in a great location, in a bigger cove, but not crazy busy. The kids loved catching catfish off the dock and jumping into the lake even more! Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 kids. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings. We are already planning another trip!
