Close enough for activities but then the feeling of privacy when you get back to your vacation home! This is a getaway like no other! Sit on your deck and gaze at the breath taken view of the White sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Property swimming pool is private for Homeowners and guests and is accessible from the boardwalk located off the balcony. Townhome is so much more room then a condo! With 2 decks!
Rooms are spacious! Sit on the couch in living room and look out the window at the ocean or sunset!
Pier park is 15 minutes away-3.5 miles to 30A-1 hour to Destin-Airport is 16 miles away-Waterpark is 15 minutes.

Great location

Awesome place!

Great place! Very nice master suite. Just make sure you don’t drive a large SUV with a luggage box on top! You won’t fit to go under the building to park! Had a great time other than that small snafu!

Amazing property with the beach at your back door

The condo is spacious and well equipped. It was extremely clean and in good repair. The beds were very comfortable with great support. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient. We loved the quieter end of Front Beach road with no high rises nearby. Carol is great to work with and we will call her when we are ready to return!

Beautiful and serene

If you are looking for beautiful white sands and a peaceful stay without a large crowd, then this is definitely the place for you! I am from Kentucky, so i had high standards when it came to vacation spots that my kids and I could enjoy (especially since it was my 1st vacation). Carol is awesome! She was always there to answer my every question (whether it was courious, serious, or just plain dumb), and she was very patient. This place is amazing. We will definitely be back! Well worth the money. No disappointments this way. Sincerely Kentucky Momma

Absolutely perfect for my long stay!!

I have never been in such an amazing household when it came to the kitchen. They had everything and then some to cook and feel comfortable. They had plenty of bath towels and face cloths so that was not a concern at all and only one set of sheets per bed. When it came to doing laundry the washer and dryer worked great. It's just my opinion but I feel that the bed will need to be replaced in the near future. I personally found it just a bit too soft. And that is just being picky. The location could not have been any better. Living right on the beach and having such a lovely setting made my stay and work I did- absolutely fabulous!!! Peace & total happiness!! I had limited contact with the property manager Carol but she is very diligent and very good with communication. Also, she helped me receive a package, which was essential for me. I did appreciate the assistance. When choosing a property I personally don't feel that there should be any concern with booking this location. It's just spectacular!

Girl’s Trip

I would like to say that me and my friends were well pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the townhouse and the ease of just walking out on the beach. This townhome was nicely renovated and provided all the things we needed for a wonderful girls trip. Lots of fun and laughter ! We plan to make this a yearly trip and will be staying there again.

Convenient and next to beach.

Really nice being able to park under unit next to beach. Good place to keep all the beach stuff. Nice balconies, and short walk right on beach. Carol was very responsive. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property manager, Carol was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. The property couldn’t be any closer to the beach! We had easy beach access with a shower to rinse our feet. There were some basic beach items in the garage avail for us to use. I really wish there were beach towels, but we found some, along with many other essentials at the grocery store just a few blocks away for $8 each. The photos really don’t do the place any justice. It’s very beachy themed and light. The upper deck off the master bedroom has a great view as well as the deck off the living room. We ate most of our meals outside on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped with more than we could ever need, including a little beach cooler and various appliances. We also appreciated the little extra things like brooms, vacuums & nightlights. The only negative thing I would mention is that parking is so challenging! We appreciated having it so close and even a garage to park in, but the neighboring units each had huge vehicles that made entry into our garage very challenging with the narrow passage. Definitely not a deal breaker and it’s not too bad if you have someone to help guide you. Even with the parking issue, we would still come back! Thanks for everything

Mom-cation

My friend and I drove down for a long weekend away with no agenda other than to relax and enjoy the beach. This property was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. It was quiet, peaceful, and refreshing. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the private deck with your own ocean view was pretty close to heaven. Looking forward to visiting again!

Loved it!

We had a great week. Even with Hurricane Sally coming through. The view and location are perfect. I especially loved how big the master bed & bathroom are. We would be happy to rent here again.

Great experience!

The pictures of this townhouse do not do it justice! It was very clean, well stocked, and was located directly on the beach. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean - amazing! We loved our stay so much that we actually extended for another 4 days. The next time we come to the Florida panhandle we will definitely be looking to see if this rental is available first. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay. Amazing beach getaway. What you see if what you get. Great kitchen. Comfy beds. The perfect location. Carol was amazing to deal with and always answered our questions in a timely fashion. We will be back!

Our first visit and we can't wait to come back.

This was even better than we could have hoped for. Unit was clean and perfect for our family. Area is not crowded at all. The beach was amazing. Carol was so nice and very helpful. She responded quickly to all pf my questions.

Great views, lots of room on the beach, great place to stay!

Our family recently stayed here. It was very clean and nicely decorated! It also was very well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and blankets. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. The view of the ocean is breathtaking from all of the floors! This is a great place to stay if you love to get away from the crowds. There was plenty of room on the beach even in the middle of June. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again!

Love love love

The pictures don’t do it justice! We were so excited to be on the beach! 2 great balconies! Large master bedroom and huge master bath. Grocery and drug store 3 mins away. Quiet, realxing area but short drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

It's was wonderful

Condo was very nice clean and plenty of room for our crew . The deck was wonderful and you had your privacy from the other tenants. The beach in front in condo was very nice and not over crowded. Will most definitely stay again and recommend this condo to anyine

Nice, quiet beach trip.

I just got back from a week here with my wife and son. Very nice and quiet for a trip with immediate family. A bit of a drive to the major attractions, but that is the trade-off to have an uncrowded beach and quiet nights. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out were easy. The owner checked in with us a couple of times by text and I suspect that she would have been very helpful if we had had a problem, but nothing went wrong. The only real gripe I had was the lack of a Keurig coffee machine. Overall though, it was very nice and I would look to book with this owner again the next time we go down to the beach.

This is a perfect unit on the Quiet end of PCB. The unit itself was very cozy , It has everything you need and is very clean and up to date. I will definitely stay in this unit or any other from this Owner, very lovely to deal with and was honest about the unit and places to go and to eat, Thank you

Quiet Beachfront Get Away

This place is just what we were looking for. Off of front beach road and away from all of the overcrowded hotels. We stayed there for 7 nights and it seemed like time stopped. The beach was not crowded and the nearest person to us was at least 50 feet away when we were on the beach. The town home is in very good condition. There was only 2 of us but it can sleep a family of 4 to 5 people comfortably. Parking could fit 3 small vehicles or two large vehicles. Note: Your entrance is similar to that of a parking garage so large lifted vehicles I don't think would fit. The deck has a table and many chairs outside. The beach is only about 30 feet away from the deck. I liked the outdoor clean up areas as in shower and hose to wash the sand off of everything as it kept the town home floor mostly free of sand. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you wanted to bake a cake or anything else the necessary items are there including a hand-mixer. There is not a bar-b-que but they do have an indoor West Bend electric skillet that does the trick. I was able to cook, ribs, chicken and hamburgers and they tasted like they came off of the grill for the most part. The kitchen and living room looks out to the ocean. The upstairs Master has a large bathroom with a shower. It has a separate deck that also looks out to the ocean. The bed is very comfortable, but it does need some adjustments as it squeaks with the smallest of movements. A pillow on each side behind the headboard was an easy fix. It has a couple of TVs which we did not use at all. The place was very clean, but I recommend bringing your own toilet paper. You are only about 15 minutes away from Pier Park which is their main shopping area with places like Ron Jon Surfshop, Dicks Last Resort, and many many others. I highly recommend this place. Decent price for a lot of privacy after kids are back in school. We did do para-sailing at Splash hotel and the beach was way over-crowded and you had to pay to rent a lounge chair and umbrella. This place has a couple of beach chairs and floaties. I recommend getting a screw in plastic umbrella at Alvins Island for about $5.99 and you can use the patio umbrella. Worked great for us, but screw it all the way down including the handles or it will not work as well. If you are looking for a nice somewhat private beach, close to the hustle and bustle without all of the hustle and bustle, then this place is just perfect. We will be booking it again for sure. Highly recommend

Entrance to ocean from garage-master bedroom-living room-2 decks! You do not have to pack up your beach equipment-you just take it out! You would love Book now! We are following all the guidelines needed at this time. We have hired extra cleaning workers to keep you safe and get you in on time!
