Kona Isle C-28 is a fantastic addition to Knutson & Associates Property Management! We're proud to represent this wonderful second floor, corner end unit in highly desirable Building C at the Kona Isle!
These second floor units are truly remarkable. High enough for a fantastic view, and low enough to where you don't have climb the extra flight of stairs to the 3rd floor.
Unit C-28 is a spectacular 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium with a pull out sofa in the living room. Therefore, it's a great option for 4! Building C is on the south end of the complex, so it's considered the "shadier" side to allow you comfort in Hawaii's heat!
Air Conditioning also available for your comfort in the Living Room.
A 36' flat screen TV in the living room if you choose to stay in! A washer/dryer also available for your use inside the condo!
King Sized Bed in the Bedroom
The owner supplies beach chairs, towels, linens, & High Speed Wifi Access for your convenience.
Kona Isle Condos are located on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, and are individually and privately owned. The gorgeous 74-unit complex is meticulously maintained and blissfully tranquil. While staying at Kona Isle you can swim, relax by the pool, or watch the whales and dolphins passing by as you listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean's surf. Treat your eyes to the breathtaking views from anywhere on site, or enjoy peace and quiet, and great sunsets while barbecuing on the BBQ's overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is a small Library on site which has many books to read for your convenience for a quiet morning or afternoon.
Kona Isle is located 1 mile from Kailua town and close to shops, seaside restaurants, nightlife and beaches.

We do want to clarify for future travelers that, as advertised in our listing, the condo does have air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedroom. The host was fantastic. They provided excellent customer service and support! Kona Isle is a comfortable, beautiful place right on the ocean front! Loved our stay here.

A great rental!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The unit was clean, well stocked with essentials including snorkeling gear and beach towels. The view of the Pacific was great and only a couple of hundred yards from the unit. Knutson provided all the info needed. The unit was also fairly close to many of the activities we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Room is a bit dated but it’s clean, quiet, and has a great view.

Nice condo with a great view and in a good location. Property management company was extremely engaging and double checked to make sure our stay was going as we expected. Condo kitchen is a little dated but everything worked just fine, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would for sure stay again.

We love this property! This is our 3rd time staying at Kona Isle. It’s very well maintained and quiet. The location is ideal and right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets.

Love Kona
This was a great place to stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Great location for going out and exploring the island. We will be back hopefully soon.

The space was clean, welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed the friendly community of the building and the staff were helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and there was hardly anyone in the pool so we pretty much had it to ourselves. The coastline on the property was the perfect spot to listen to the waves while watching the sunset at the end of the day.

Amazing location
Common areas were beautiful and view from the balcony was great. bonus beach chairs and towels were appreciated. pull out bed super comfy. Fixtures and such were a bit dated but we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time exploring all the close beaches

Nice spacious condo with tasteful island decor. Full kitchen with washer and dryer (very handy). Clean, no island critters were seen inside. Comfortable bed and linens. Great shower and drainage. Breakfast on the lanai watching the waves break on the shore was great. Better ocean view than what is depicted in the pictures. Free designated parking space included with condo rental. Public saltwater pool next to the building. Quiet area. Short drive to Kona or take the tram that stops nearby. Conveniently located between each end of the island.

Great stay in Kona
After flying for 24 hours, checkin could not have been easier. Condo was as advertised and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in which we love . Small beach chairs we super handy for beach excursions as well as beach towels and snorkeling equipment… small cooler and cold bag worked great for the beach as well

Amazing!
My husband and I loved this little condo! The location is fantastic, the view was amazing, loved the salt water pool, sitting in the sand watching the waves crashing on the rocks, the sunsets. The furniture and the bed were all very comfortable. It was handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. We will stay here again!

Enjoyed every Moment
We really enjoyed our stay very much. The Place was bigger than expected and the kitchen very well equipped. The lanai offers great Ocean views. The Pool is awesome and very clean. Also the barbecue area Next to it is a wonderful place to hang out during Sunset. The views are breathtaking.
All in all, this is a great place in a great, calm neighborhood on one of the Most beautiful islands in the world.

Kona paradise
We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the location and grounds. We enjoyed the beach area next to the ocean with the lounge chairs and bbq. It was a great area to watch the sunset. The other people staying in the complex were super friendly and we had great conversations one afternoon by the pool. The check-in process went flawlessly and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit itself had everything that we needed and the lanai had a great view of the pool and ocean.
