Loved the location of the condo. Excellent beach views of sunrise. Great beach a pier to take walks. Can walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. Condo is very spacious a mostly updated. Beds comfortable. Great for our girls trip.Liked the gated parking area, felt very secure.

We had a lovely time at Folly Beach and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean and well-furnished. We enjoyed the balcony and the nice living area. The walk to the beach was delightfully short, and the parking was very convenient. Communication with the property management group was great!

Wonderful location on Folly Beach, close to everything. The condo was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5. The rental company was very responsive and sent messages with important updates. We will visit again.

The support staff was extremely responsive when we had an issue with our a/c. The property was dated but we love it there anyway!

Four generations stayed in the 4-bedroom villa and had the best weekend ever! We were looking for a last hurrah beach weekend before the grand kids started back to school and this fit the bill. The weather was iffy all weekend but being right on the beach gave us the opportunity to go out and come in at a moments notice when the weather was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool and found several other children their age to play with.I grew up on Folly Beach, but this is the first time I stayed at these Villas. We will definately be back!

Centrally located, top views

Spacious and fun top floor with spectacular views. Central to everything we needed to do in Folly and great place to come home to.

One of the Best Condos

This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

Great Place!

We had a great time at this location. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the view was great! The outdoor patio was wonderful for sunrise! We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again if headed to Folly Beach!

Family getaway

Great location we walked to everything never had to move our car. Love the huge plastic carts to get things to and from room for ease of packing.
