Pros: The home was in a good location to all shopping malls and restaurants, only 6 minutes from Ocean City. Nice handicapped accessible home which is what we needed. Spacious rooms and cable tv. Quite area. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Con's: The home wasn't too clean. It was dusty, and smelled musty. The furniture wasn't comfortable, no where to rest your feet. I found mouse droppings under the sofa mattress and on the floor surrounding the sofa in the family room. There was a lot of food crumbs and a dirty used spoon found under the living room chair cushion. The bathroom walls were dirty and had a crust on them. There was only a partial shower liner in the hall shower which made it hard to keep the water in shower and not on the floor. The home definitely needs a good housekeeper, that was a big disappointment when paying alot for the week. The furniture was not comfortable at all except the main bedroom bed. Would recommend getting some newer furniture for the guests to relax and put your feet up and hire a housekeeper that will clean it properly for the guests.
