Cheryl was great. She was great at communicating. Thank you for a wonderful weekend . The house was perfect for our annual girls trip. We look forward to coming back and staying longer.

The property is excellent! Easy parking. Elevator and ramp was great for my elderly parents. Comfortably fits eight people. Nice kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. Lots of room to lounge and the outdoor patio is a great spot to relax.

We enjoyed this property very much. Fantastic views of the beach, easy secure parking and great communication from Cheryl. When we return to Oceanside, we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Third stay here. Perfect for our family of 6 and small dog. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels and blankets available. In unit laundry a plus. Fully enclosed backyard very safe for pets or small children. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Cheryl is always quick to respond to messages. Any questions or issues we’ve had are address immediately. Looking forward to booking our 2027 dates.

We loved our week at this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there. Being able to sit on the patio with the gas fire pit and see the ocean was perfect. And that private little patio in the back was like a secret garden. The host was very responsive to the minor issue we had. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Minor issues were addressed very quickly. View was incredible. The strand was super busy with people walking and cars. The beach was right there but you had to climb river rock to get to it. One family member had difficulty. The location was great. And we would stay again.

We had a wonderful four-night stay in Oceanside with six adults, and the property worked extremely well for three couples. The bedrooms provided good privacy, there were enough bathrooms for everyone, and the living room furniture was especially comfortable with plenty of room for all six of us to spread out.One of our favorite features was the oceanfront patio. We spent a lot of time there enjoying morning coffee, relaxing in the evenings and watching the sunsets and activity along The Strand. The view really is wonderful.The location is excellent and very walkable to the pier, restaurants and other nearby attractions. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels throughout the property.We did have an issue with the TVs when we arrived, but property management responded immediately, sent someone over and had everything working quickly. We really appreciated the prompt response.There are a few minor maintenance items that could use some TLC, the drapes in back bedroom not closing completely, cabinet doors under kitchen sink needing adjustment, light switch in the primary bathroom had tape over it. None of these affected our stay, but a little attention to these details would make an already very nice property even better.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spacious layout, beautiful ocean view, great patio and excellent location made it a very comfortable home. We would definitely highly recommend this property.

The place is very open and spacious, parking garage is very convenient, check in and out was easy. The strand is a busy road, with constant foot & one way traffic, but was easy to cross. Our favorite part was how close we were to the ocean, we really enjoyed watching for dolphins and seals from the front patio, and watching the sunrise and sunsets. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to go back!

The view is amazing and the apartment is nice and very well laid out. The Strand is pretty busy and has a steady stream of traffic both day and night. There is an active surfing community, which was fun to watch. Parking and access were good.

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful place to stay right on the Strand. Great for big families. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We loved this unit. 5 adults had plenty of room. The back patio is not very usable as you have to go through a bedroom to get to it. Also, the slider in the back master did not open. The manager said the owner is in the process of replacing all the doors.The view from the patio and living area was outstanding. The fire pit out front was used every evening. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make the stay comfortable. We might make this an annual vacation spot.

The host was amazing and the amenities were as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and it was updated in lots of ways. We cooked a big meal for our extended family there and the kitchen was next level. I hesitate to give it a good review because I want to be able to get this place again next year!
