All bedrooms have flat screen tvs and views are direct beach front. San Carlos offers a large beach side pool as well as a sauna. You don't have to miss any workouts because the fully equipped fitness center overlooks the beach! Rental of wave runners, beach chairs and umbrellas are available with service provided directly in front of the condo! San Carlos has 1800 square foot of meeting space for rent with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for a beach wedding or family reunion. Don't miss out on the many recreational opportunities, including an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and a sauna. Additional amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, a picnic area, and barbecue grills.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
