The house is beautiful and location can’t be beat. We couldn’t have timed the fall colors any better. We saw quite a few water falls. The house was so comfortable to come back to. Also very nice to be able to park in the garage. Definitely would come back and stay.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Location was wonderful and stunning view of the lake! Loved being so close to the shoreline and ability to walk along the beach. The landscape and outdoor area was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed for cooking. Having access to the garage was a plus. Loved the game table.The reason for 4 stars is the bunk beds were very uncomfortable but, the other beds were comfy. Jason was very responsive to questions regarding the property.

The Lake House was as advertised in the photos and descriptions. Being right on the water was awesome. Great views at Sunset that lasted for almost an hour and the sounds of the waves all day was great. House seemed well stocked and everything was comfortable and clean. The town was just a few minutes away with a grocery store, gas station and restaurants. The state park was a nice 20 minute drive with lots of hiking trails. Host(Jason) was responsive to our questions prior to the trip, and when he was contacted during our stay for an issue, he responded immediately and did all that he could to resolve our concerns. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, clean, well appointed. The view off the deck is outstanding and evening campfires on the lake were the best ever. Highly recommend!!

The house was set up perfect for our group of 5. More than enough room so everyone had their own space. The bear mount in the living room was a unique touch. Loved the windows looking out to Lake Superior!

Location was great for our girls trip. Close to restaurants, parks and sightseeing Very quiet location, unfortunately we had the gale winds of November but it was great time regardless ,

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and communication was seamless. The location was also great. Beautiful view of the lake and easy drive to beautiful hikes. Thank you for being such a great host!

Perfect winter getaway

Perfect Covid getaway for our family at Christmas time. Jason even decorated the lake house with a Christmas tree. Would stay again!

We had a great time eating and drinking by the fire. Hiking the porkies during the day, and took a day trip to Houghton. The house was a welcome sight every time we came back to it. The view and the house were great, very spacious, we had 8 of us in the kitchen a lot and didn’t seem crowded. Jason was responsive and we appreciated the stay. Would stay here again

This home is great. Good communication with host. This might be silly but you might want to consider bringing tin foil and Ziplock baggies if you use those items often. We did not find those items. Not a deal breaker by any means, just a heads up. Would recommend this home for sure.

Great stay

Would highly recommend. Beautiful sunsets, starry skies, plenty of space. Our family enjoyed our stay. We hiked the Porcupine Mountains, took a copper mine tour nearby and relaxed by the lake. Thank you!

Fabulous rental

This rental was Amazing! Tasteful decor, super clean, easy to find, private. The big lake as our scenery was the highlight. We had miles of sandy beach to explore. All that and pet friendly to top it off. We will be back to the Lake House again!

Western UP

The Lake House is even more beautiful than the pictures depicted. We explored water falls and beaches from Ironwood to Copper Harbor, The Lake House made a perfect base, and a treat to come back to each day! Looking forward to our next visit!

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful property right on Lake Superior. Convenient to the Porcupine Mountains and to Ontonagon but set back far enough to be quiet and isolated. Lots of room, good internet, and plenty of amenities. Host was very easy to work with and communicative. Highly recommend.

Lovely house Awesome view WOW

The house was more than you could ask for. Jason always responded promptly. The view was amazing. Too bad the area does not recycle. It will be very hard to find a better place.
