Wonderful House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at this house, and first time coming to Cape San Blas! Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, the proximity to the beach, easy walk! Just all around great stay even though it rained most of the time and a hurricane chased us off the Cape! Already counting down the days to come back for another wonderful stay. Can’t say enough about the house and all the amenities. Everything you need for cooking even cleaning up small messes it was all included for a convenient comfortable stay. Even the beds were extremely comfortable, which is very uncommon for most rental properties! The property management company was wonderful to work with, easy to get a hold of and very responsive when they were needed!

Sunset Traditions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not as great as last year! The elevator was not working the whole week & no one came to repair it.All the stairs are hard for people with mobility issues! We were not able to get in the house until about 5-5:30 because the prior renters had made such a mess, it took the cleaners longer than usual to get it clean! CJVR did send 2 people to help carry our stuff up the stairs! On Thursday afternoon we realized the upstairs air conditioner was not working - someone got there later that night to check, went back for a portable unit for the upstairs & on Fri evening, the A/C co. was able to repair it! We left on Sat morning! Not blaming anyone - stuff happens & they took care of things as best as they could!

Unfortunately, the elevator experienced an unexpected mechanical issue. Because we're in a small coastal community, the elevator service company is located about two hours away and operates Monday through Friday, so repairs are not always able to be completed immediately. We understand how inconvenient this was, especially for guests with mobility concerns, and we're glad our team was able to help carry your belongings upstairs. We also appreciate your patience with the delayed check-in. The previous guests left the home requiring much more extensive cleaning than expected, and our team wanted to ensure the home was properly prepared before your arrival rather than rushing the process. Thank you for recognizing that our team worked to address each issue as quickly as possible. We value your continued support and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with the smooth, relaxing stay you've come to expect on your next visit.

Family vaca

Loved house, room for everyone, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and even crockpots, everything you would need, beach access is right across the street, pool was good size plenty of seating. Great for multiple generations with the elevator.

Enjoyed our 1st stay with Coastal Joe

Coastal Joe was prompt with their responses and even helped us locate kayak rentals since the water was perfect. Normally we stay right on the water but the price and location of this one could not be beat.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!

This property exceeded our expectations for beauty, convenience, and quality. We had 13 adults and 4 children (2 under 2 years old) and everyone was comfortable and pleased. Coastal Joe Rentals was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Coastal Joe Rentals and this property to anyone.

Best week of the year

Great house! There were 15 of us and we all had a space that was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Having to 2 washers and dryers was awesome. The views are second to none, and being right across from the boardwalk was super. Lived there was a fenced in yard for our fur babies! Zero complaints about the house except time went too fast!!! We've been coming to the cape for 16 years and this is our new favorite house. Can't wait till next year!

Wonderful Week at Sunset Tradition

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we could have asked for and more. The weather in CSB was awesome, which allowed us to use the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. It was a treat to have 3 separate living spaces - main living room on the 3rd fl, a smaller living room on the second and another on the first floor with a pool table. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Great house!!

Coile 4th trip to Sunset Traditions

The rental house was nice and spacious and had all the amenities we were searching for. The ability to let the dog walk on the grass area was nice and the pool came in handy for a couple rough beach double red days. The view is great even with being second row and no houses in between you and the gulf but while we were there a crew started clearing and leveling the lot right in front. That view will soon be of another house

Unfortunately you are correct in that the lots in front of our house were sold and will eventually have houses on them but there will still be a view over the boardwalk and in between the houses. And the distance to the beach wont change of course! Thank you again for staying in our home.

2nd year in a row,still love it!

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this house and we love it. The location and the view are awesome. The walk to the beach is easier than a lot of beachfront homes we have stayed at. Nothing blocks your view and you can hear the sound of the waves so good. The house is so big and spacious accommodating a large family easily. It’s beautifully decorated and kept so clean. Hopefully we can make next year our 3rd year in a row.

Love Cape San Blas

The pool was a it went cold on us since we didn’t know to add water when the flow stopped to keep it heated. It was a bummer the hot tub wasn’t working and needed a part to be fixed. If we had known that prior than the night before leaving, we could have picked up the part here in Greenville and had it fixed while we were there. Location and view of the ocean was great.

Beautiful home close to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay at Sunset Traditions. Boardwalk to the beach (very short walk) was essentially at the corner of the yard. Even though the house is a block back from the beach, the views from the upper decks are gorgeous and unobstructed. Pool and hot tub were nice when we didn’t feel like being covered in sand. Pool was plenty warm in early-mid May. Tons of beach toys, chairs, and wagon in the garage were a nice amenity we didn’t expect. Gated community and seemed to be very safe. State park at end of cape is absolutely worth the parking fee. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I grew up going to Cape San Blas every summer with my family. We all have special memories of this beautiful beach and so it was the perfect place to plan a vacation for all of us. Sunset Traditions was the perfect house for us! From the many living spaces for people to hang out, the private pool, the comfy beds, well appointed kitchen to the multiple decks with amazing views of the Gulf, this house did not disappoint! Our favorite thing to do was to watch the sun sink into the ocean then watch all the stars come out. We saw some the best sunsets we have ever seen right from the upstairs porch. The sky was so clear at night that we could see the Milky Way! Every member of my extended family had a wonderful time and before we left we were talking about our next trip to stay in this fabulous property!
