Amazing beachfront condo

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing, the view from the back porch is breath-taking, and every bed (including the sofa bed) was super comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect vacation spot

This is a perfect getaway for a small family. Steps away from beach. All amenities to have the best home away from home. Absolutely beautiful!

Comfy and relaxing

Property location is excellent. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Great AC. Truly steps from beach. No crossing street to get to the beach!!! Condo has everything you need to have a home away from home. We hope to come back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Relaxing

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. Thank you Craig and Sheila.

Spring Break 24

My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Great Location!

This place was great. It was small but perfect for our little family getaway! Loved how you could walk out on porch and you were at the beach. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Great location

Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. I would most definitely recommend this property based on location & owner is very responsive & pleasant. We’ll be coming back soon.

We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

Beach

The beach was perfect. Access was super convenient and got front row everyday. Condo was nice. Some beds, counters, floors still had some sand on them. I think the upstairs unit may have had an issue with plumbing as we heard the maintenance guy talking to others about an issue. You could definitely smell something in the unit the whole time. If you are there for the beach this place is tough to beat.

Great Location

Pros: - Can’t beat the location. It’s right on the beach and not very busy at all. - Very clean condo and updated - parking was super nice and within steps of our door - plenty of kitchen basics, including ice packs for our cooler for the beach - covered deck area for relaxing - beach toys/chairs - paved trail for biking/walking/running The only thing I would change is the long drive home and the water pressure in the shower. However, every condo/unit we have stayed at in the past has had just okay water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back next year!

Amazing stay on 30A

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. You walk out the back door, down the steps, and right onto the sand. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location-close to everything in 30A.

Amazing View!!

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo and location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute condo!! The location was absolutely stunning! The location of the condos A++! A perfect spot inbw Seaside and Rosemary. We dined in Seaside one night and Rosemary the other night. I can’t get over how perfect this view is from the back patio! Definitely would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! It was stunning!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Great beach stay

Sea mist is the perfect condo on the perfect beach. The view from the back deck is gorgeous. The beach was not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We loved our stay at this place. Sheila was so responsive and helpful. Walk down stairs right on a non busy portion of the beach. Toys in the beach box out back for kids to take down to the beach. Roku TV worked great, washer and dryer worked fine, only complaint would be the shower drain didn’t hold water well for a bath, for the littles. Super pleased and would definitely recommend. Truly was a great stay.

Very nice condo on the beach!

This condo was perfect for our few night stay in the 30A area. It was a short drive to Alys, Rosemary and Seaside, One of the favorite things about this property is it being directly on the beach- which was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't love was the sliding glass door doesn't "lock", they just have a piece of wood you put in the track so that no one can open it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for a couple's trip!

Great beach front condo!

You will love this bright, comfortable first floor beachfront condo with a lovely outdoor deck. Great views, amenities, and private beach area. There is a brand new huge Publix grocery store a few miles away with everything you need. We also enjoyed the “Big Chill” only one mile away. It consists of an outdoor court and stage and a number of restaurants and shops surrounding it. It is normally set up with picnic tables. Great place for the family. They have weekly activities such a movie night and a farmers market every Thursday morning. As noted by others, there are about 70 steps to reach the beach due to the high dunes, but all the properties are like that. We have never been to this area in Florida and thoroughly enjoyed it — can’t wait to come back again!

Our property is our own vacation home. It is equipped as such and offers a family atmosphere separated from the hustle and bustle of some other popular beach destinations.

We are nestled in between Rosemary and Seaside. We are in Seagrove Beach! We are just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park at Panama City Beach. It is really nice on 30A with quiet family friendly beaches. Our beach is very secluded from noisy crowds. You can walk right off our back porch to the beach and not worry about packing coolers and all the things you need for a day at the beach. If you forget something, just walk right up the steps to the condo. There is a nice veranda to relax and read a book and watch the children play in the sand. Cook dinners on our outside grill while watching the ocean and sunset. It is our families paradise. We are just minutes from Seaside and Rosemary. There are sidewalks that run the length of 30A for bikers or walkers. This is definitely a biking community with many places to rent bikes. Seagrove has been rated the most secluded beaches on 30A.
