A Great location for visiting Wilmington, and all the One Tree Hill filming locations! We loved the view and the easy check in etc! Great to walk to all kinds of shopping, bars and restaurants!

Great location to walk to a conference I was attending at Hotel Ballast. My only complaint is the parking deck being a couple blocks away but it worked out just fine.

This place has everything you would need for a weekend get-a-way in Wilmington.....Place was immaculate and within walking distance of everything i needed...But, the best was walking in and seeing the Battleship across Cape Fear..Definitely would recommend! Thanks so much!!

This condo is exactly as pictured. All the basic necessities, not much extra. Overall,It’s a great place for the price!!!! The hosts were very responsive when we needed them and everything was super clean. Great walking distance to everything in Historic downtown Wilmington :) We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. We stayed with our infant daughter for the weekend to find a place to live as we are relocating to Wilmington. Having never visited Wilmington, this was the perfect spot to access downtown, riverwalk and experience many fabulous restaurants. We loved being able to cook small things like breakfast and really enjoyed the patio!

Property is clean and well maintained. Location makes it conveniently located to the Historic District and has a great view of the river and USS Carolina from the balcony.

It was wonderful. Wilmington is a fun walking town with much to do and see. Our place was clean and mostly quiet.

We love our experence here....amazing location....very clean, close to everything in downtown wilmington, beautiful view, we will definitely be staying again soon...also the staff was very helpful and prompt....

Very nice and convenient place to stay

We came to Wilmington to visit family and have stayed in this area before and loved it. This was no different and the price was great as well! Very clean with a nice view. Super convenient to a lot of place to eat and see entertainment.

Perfect location and great view

Perfect spot in downtown wilmy. Manager was very easy to work with and super accommodating. It was comfortable and perfect for a short stay. I would happily book there again.

Beautiful view and awesome location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything. The host was always available with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views & lots to do!

Loved the convenience to the town and the views of riverfront were stunning from the balcony! Will definitely stay here again! We enjoyed the horse and carriage tour at night and the riverboat scenic tour of eagle island by day. Also, found Yosake Sushi to be the BEST. Very comfortable place to stay.
