The Space:
Experience the allure of Sunset Treasures, a meticulously adorned 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Gulf-front sanctuary boasting unparalleled vistas from its dual furnished decks! Situated a mere 100 steps from the beach, Sunset Treasures, attached to only one neighboring townhome, ensures the tranquility your family craves.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, revel in the comfort of two king-sized beds. The living area exudes relaxation with a plush sofa, matching love seat, and ottoman. Adjacent, the dining space features a table for six, complemented by a wet bar for crafting beachside cocktails. Additional seating awaits at the kitchen bar.

Sliding glass doors unveil the main level deck, furnished with an outdoor table, two benches, and two tall Adirondack chairs—perfect for basking in Gulf views. Descend to the carport area, where an outdoor shower, gas grill, and fish cleaning station await.

Ascending to the second floor reveals the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and Gulf-front balcony with two tall Adirondack chairs. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and its own bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation needs, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, and more. Start your stay off right with a supply of essential items provided for your convenience.

Explore nearby Cape Palms Park for public access to amenities including restrooms, showers, grills, a playground, and covered deck. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Loggerhead Run Bike Path offers an eight-mile trail perfect for walking, jogging, or biking.

Great place to get away!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that I really wished we would have brought but didn’t have was a baby gate to keep our pups down stairs. Loved the place and would stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories.

Great location

Wonderful location with great ocean views and a few steps to the beach. There is no inside entrance from ground level and the outside stairs are steep and quite hazardous in the dark. As with most rentals, the appliances need updating and the frying pans are too worn for cooking. But on the whole, we loved our stay.

Fall Break

Decent stay

The beach front is small. Not much room for children to run and play without disturbing the many other groups in the area. The AC is locked at 70 so the main floor stays fine, but the two bedrooms upstairs are very, very warm in the summer. We had 2 fans plus the ceiling fan and blackout curtains. If you like to sleep cool, be prepared. The ice maker was broken but the company did say it would be replaced soon. Overall, a good house if you want to be on the beach.

Fabulous beach getaway with my spouse! Service from concierge was prompt. If our stay was longer I would have appreciated more food storage with lids or plastic wrap.

Beach Heaven

It was so nice to be on a beach without the big high rise condos and mini mansions. It’s the way the Gulf Coast used to be. This home is lovely and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Summer trip

The house was very nice and clean. Master bedroom was hot. Th only issue was access to beach was not easy. No beach in front of our house had to walk at least hundred yards to set up chairs and umbrella.

Retirement celebration trip

First ever two week vacation. Great location but be ready for some steps. I’m 78 and had little problem but they are there. Of course, 99% of the properties On the Cape have steps. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Perfect Florida Getaway

Looking for a winter escape from Minnesota, Sunset Treasures ended up exceeding our expectations. The property had everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable and most memorable. Being able to bring our dog and having such close access to the dog-friendly beach was an extra bonus. Can’t say enough about the location and how much we enjoyed watching sunsets from either of the two decks. We would to return for a lengthier stay.

Mold and dirty appliances, beach access needs work

It was a shame that this property had these two issues. The appliances were not cleaned on the outside properly and the downstairs bathroom vent and wall it blew on were covered in mold. If not for this, we would have given a 4 stars. Location is nice and convenient. Beach access needs to be worked on as well.

Great View!

The living area was larger than expected based on what I thought the pictures portrayed. We did have an issue that is hopefully just unique to us, but it was addressed quickly and they went above and beyond expectations. The extra ice maker is a huge plus and everything we needed in the kitchen. We would be happy to stay there again.

Great place

My husband, son our mini dachshund and myself absolutely loved this home. Very clean! First off we were late getting our vacation dates and Kara helped get everything booked and figured out even when my card locked up from the fraud department she held the unit and called me the next day to book! When we arrived the house was super easy to get in ( no key required) the house was clean to the point you wouldn’t have known it was on the beach if you wasn’t looking out the big sliding glass doors. The king size beds were very comfy. The dog basket was a sweet touch. The updated appliances were great also. The door down stairs was a nice touch to store our beach gear. We needed the grill cleaned so sent a message and they was there the next day cleaning it for us! Awesome service all the way around! The only complaint I have is I feel 2 towels for each guest you be better! We spent our day on the beach and would shower have dinner then go fishing I would have to wash laundry and start getting it dry so we could shower when we got back from fishing. But absolutely love this town house and will be visiting again!

We had a perfect vacation staying at Sparkle Plenty! The house was extremely clean from top to bottom and it is just steps from the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend!

Gulf front property. Ease access to bike trail. Clean and spacious. Loved the double decks with the high beach seating. Nice shade underneath the unit and plenty of storage and parking. Would rent again.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. Location was great; not too far from the trading post but not too close. Lovely deck that we could send the kids out on the beach and watch them Comfortably from. We didn’t notice much extra traffic from the public beach access nearby.

Perfect

This rental was our best stay on the Gulf Coast over the past 20 years. The rental was spotless with completely updated surfaces, kitchen, furniture, and comfortable beds. High-end appliances large HDTV's, very fast and reliable internet. The beach was mere steps away and so close we didn't need the cooler beause it was a quick walk back to the condo for snacks and the bathroom. This is the finest stay we have had in over 20 years of vacationing on the Gulf. We will be back!
