The Space:
Experience the allure of Sunset Treasures, a meticulously adorned 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Gulf-front sanctuary boasting unparalleled vistas from its dual furnished decks! Situated a mere 100 steps from the beach, Sunset Treasures, attached to only one neighboring townhome, ensures the tranquility your family craves.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, revel in the comfort of two king-sized beds. The living area exudes relaxation with a plush sofa, matching love seat, and ottoman. Adjacent, the dining space features a table for six, complemented by a wet bar for crafting beachside cocktails. Additional seating awaits at the kitchen bar.

Sliding glass doors unveil the main level deck, furnished with an outdoor table, two benches, and two tall Adirondack chairs—perfect for basking in Gulf views. Descend to the carport area, where an outdoor shower, gas grill, and fish cleaning station await.

Ascending to the second floor reveals the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and Gulf-front balcony with two tall Adirondack chairs. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and its own bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation needs, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, and more. Start your stay off right with a supply of essential items provided for your convenience.

Explore nearby Cape Palms Park for public access to amenities including restrooms, showers, grills, a playground, and covered deck. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Loggerhead Run Bike Path offers an eight-mile trail perfect for walking, jogging, or biking.

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear, delivered to your doorstep upon arrival, featuring bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, and more.

Great place to get away!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that I really wished we would have brought but didn’t have was a baby gate to keep our pups down stairs. Loved the place and would stay here again. Thanks!

Little Slice of Paradise

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories.

Fall Break

Great weekend getaway

Spacious, overall clean, and many available extras such as dishes, chairs, outdoor hose and more. The beach was only a very short walk away and wasn't too crowded even on a major holiday, Memorial weekend. Had a great time and would love to go back.

Beach Heaven

It was so nice to be on a beach without the big high rise condos and mini mansions. It’s the way the Gulf Coast used to be. This home is lovely and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Great Vacation Stay

Sparkle Plenty was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. It was nicely furnished, comfortable and very close to the beach. We normally stay on beachfront, but this was actually a shorter walk to the beach than most beachfront rentals. We also enjoyed the privacy of being one tier back and not losing the view.

Fabulous beach getaway with my spouse! Service from concierge was prompt. If our stay was longer I would have appreciated more food storage with lids or plastic wrap.

Great fall get away!

Condo was extremely clean and nicely furnished. Beautiful pet friendly area and Elizabeth was great to work with! I would recommend putting at least one hair dryer in the unit. We would love to visit again!

Perfect for us!

We loved our stay at Sparkle Plenty! The house is cute and close to the beach and their communication is quick. The. Each has had some pretty bad erosion in that spot but is still such a beautiful getaway. Hope to come back soon!

Highly recommend!

Gulf front property. Ease access to bike trail. Clean and spacious. Loved the double decks with the high beach seating. Nice shade underneath the unit and plenty of storage and parking. Would rent again.

Great little getaway

Perfect, small condo right on the beach! Beautiful view from both floors. Kitchen was well stocked, too. Only thing to note is that this is located right next to the public access entrance. There are more people coming in and out and potentially invading your personal space when on the beach.

Great location

Wonderful location with great ocean views and a few steps to the beach. There is no inside entrance from ground level and the outside stairs are steep and quite hazardous in the dark. As with most rentals, the appliances need updating and the frying pans are too worn for cooking. But on the whole, we loved our stay.

Great location. Very Clean. Plenty of room

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The separate ice maker was a nice touch. We were very close to the beach, maybe 100 steps. Elizabeth was very helpful and responded immediately to our phone call.

Sparkle Plenty was lovely! We will be back!

Beautiful property and cozy furnishings in Cape San Blas. Perfect for 4 adults and two kids who camped out in the large living room. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for making dinner and snacks. Beach access is just under a minute and there is a park next door for the kiddos to swing and slide. This was our first winter CSB trip and it was just as amazing as a summer trip! Endless things to do or not do!

Cozy and comfortable

This is our second January at Sparkle Plenty. We really enjoy the location - great gulf view with lots of distance between homes. The house itself is very comfortable and meets our needs/wants in every way. Our only regret is we cannot stay in February due to previous booking. If it ever become available for two months we will grab it.

Great View!

The living area was larger than expected based on what I thought the pictures portrayed. We did have an issue that is hopefully just unique to us, but it was addressed quickly and they went above and beyond expectations. The extra ice maker is a huge plus and everything we needed in the kitchen. We would be happy to stay there again.

Summer trip

The house was very nice and clean. Master bedroom was hot. Th only issue was access to beach was not easy. No beach in front of our house had to walk at least hundred yards to set up chairs and umbrella.
