Boujee Beach - Gated Beach Access - Pool - Pet Friendly

Experience peace and tranquility at the Boujee Beach in the safe, gated neighborhood of Barrier Dunes. A This light and airy 1,377 sf, 3 floor townhome is mere steps to private beach access offering beach days, fishing, bonfires and unforgettable sunsets. Swim in the Gulf-front pool or 2nd heated pool. Home features a fully stocked kitchen, wood floors throughout (no carpet!), and 3 balconies: 2 overlooking the turtle filled pond with fountains and one with sunrise St. Joe Bay views. Pet friendly.
Guests will be required to sign a renter agreement to finalize booking. A security deposit of $300 will be collected in the form of a hold on the credit card used for payment.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic vacation in a well situated two bedroom townhouse. Clean, cosy, all amenities provided. Minutes to the beach which even in January is a paradise for long walks.

Great Family and Pet Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the short walk to the beach and the fact that we could take our dogs on the beach, as well. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, bike riding, a fire on the beach, and the gorgeous white sand private beach that felt very secluded. The free bikes were a nice bonus, but we were fortunate to have our own tools on us because there were many things that needed fixing/ maintenance before we could safely ride them. However, the main host, Pearlita, was very attentive to us and our questions. The location was great - a 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach and right near St. Joseph Park/peninsula so that we could even ride bikes there. We would definitely come again!

Fall Break Trip

We enjoyed our time at Boujee Beach despite the trip being cut short due to the hurricane. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family! Great access to beach items and a quick walk to the beach. Pearl was easy to work with and communicative during the process.

Great Hosts!

We stayed at the property for our anniversary and the condo was clean, had everything we needed, and had great beach access. The biggest impression was the communication with Pearl and her ability to help with anything we needed during our stay. I would highly this property!

Fun Family Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked. The location is very close to playground and one of the pools. The beach and the clubhouse pool is a short 5 min walk. Especially loved the well stocked beach gear, bikes, and kitchen.

Quick Trip for the 4th

Never been to Cape San Blas, but these folks know how to party and do fireworks on the 4th of July. Condo was as advertised across the board. Phenominal comms before, during, and after our stay. Easy walk to the beach, and the community pools were clean and also enjoyable to use. The beaches were crystal white sand, and there were basically no waves...but a nice breeze...perfect for little ones, of which, there were many. Despite short trip, good value for location and time of the year. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach that's still a bit un-discovered.

Perfect for a family getaway

Very nice condo and they had all the necessities we needed. It is an end until which is very nice. They have bicycles you can use and all beach equipment you need. We really enjoyed it very clean and they were super responsive answering any questions we had.

Great vacation rental

This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfy

The property is located in a gated community just outside the gates of St Joseph Pennisula State Park. There is a playground just around the corner from the unit and two pools (one located just outside the condo and one beachside) and a pickle ball court. Beach access is just through the complex via a walking path. Perfect place for families!! Check in was seamless. Owner was easy to communicate with if we had any issues or questions. Beds were super comfy. Showers were great water pressure which was relaxing after a long day at the beach. A soaker tub is located in the master bath. We didn’t use the deck areas while we were there but there were several areas to sit outside if you wanted. As with all the condos in this complex, they are a bit older. But, other than needing some usual updating on older homes the place was nice and just what we needed. There are two flights of stairs, one to the main living area and one to the master suite. So, if you are limited to climbing I’d stay elsewhere. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and were pleased with the condo and the price we paid for the rental!

Boujee Beach lives up to the name!

We had a great time! The house was perfect, it was very clean when we arrived, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts are very communicative and made sure that we were able to check in and had anything we might need. The beach was beautiful. So many amenities were provided that we couldn’t even take advantage of all of them but the ones we did use were fantastic. My daughters loved borrowing the boogie boards for example. We very much enjoyed the area and plan to return in the future. If we were able to rent this property it would be our first choice.

Perfect holiday weekend

We are a family of four (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 3). This place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The space was large enough but also not so big that we couldn’t keep tabs on the children. Having stuff for the beach available (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc) was also a huge help. And a washer/dryer was also super useful. The community, though, was what really sold us. There is a playground just up the street, one pool is directly around the corner, and the walk to the beach/clubhouse pool is not far at all. Our kids usually whine when they have to walk anywhere and there was not a single complaint. Being able to bounce back and forth between the beach and pool was a lifesaver and bathrooms at the pool is so great with little ones. For a holiday weekend it was not crowded at all. We went to lunch one day and ordered in dinner another night. We drove for ice cream a couple of times, but there are some walkable places, as well. My only suggestion would be to load up on groceries before you get to the cape since there is really only one small store without much selection. Our hosts were very communicative and we had no issues at all. There were many other kids/families, but even for a couple or a group of adults, it’s quiet and never felt like anyone was on top of you or invading your space. The sunsets were amazing. Smooth and easy from start to finish - can’t wait to come back!!

50th birthday celebration/family time

Property was as advertised online. Our door code didn’t work upon arrival, but it didn’t take too long for the owner to get back in touch to tell us where a key was. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds/ linens were comfortable. We didn’t use the back deck because it was rickety and we didn’t feel safe. The top boards of the railing were loose and the gate bottom boards were damaged and nails were exposed. We brought our fur babies and I was hoping they could use this space to lounge in the mornings while I drank coffee and took in the sunrise, but that wasn’t the case. Had to evacuate 2 days early due to hurricane Idalia. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The property was very cute and appeared to gave been thoroughly cleaned. It was in an excellent location. The owners were prompt to inform us of all details necessary for a speedy and hassle free check in/out. However, I became sick on the drive to vacation. I promptly went to bed as soon as I got there. I spent the entire vacation in bed. When I first got into bed, I noticed a sandy feel to the sheets. I just thought, ok beach residue after washing. The next day when I actually got up, I checked the bed. There was sand all over the fitted sheet, pet/people hairs all over them and had stain/brown residue/pee. I was very disgusted at this point. I reached out to the owners and they never responded. Up until this point, they had responded within an hour, mostly within minutes, with any concerns we had. They still have not reached out. Neither have I since I have just now recovered from Covid. I was kind enough yo notify them I had been sick so there were germs present needing a good cleaning. I did not know until I was home that I had Covid. I am very disappointed in the outcome of our stay.

Wonderful Getaway!

This is a great property. They have everything you need and the description is accurate. We would definitely stay here again - the location is great - it's close to the state park on the bay side (you can run there or drive) and a very short 3-5 min walk to the gulf. The walk to the gulf was safe enough for the bigger kids to go on their own. Everything was very clean. There is a pool which looked nice, but we spent our time in the ocean on this trip. Perfect home away from home. Thank you so much!

Nice location

Nice condo with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen is well stocked and the towels are nice and thick. AC works very well and they have nice beach chairs and cart to take the stroll to the boardwalk ( about a 3-5 min walk ). The unit is an end unit which is nice because you don’t have the noise level like you would in a middle unit.

Clean & Comfortable

It was a nice week staying in their townhome. It was a small, gated community with 2 community pools and a couple of lakes/large ponds that had a ton of turtles in them. It was about a very quick maybe 3–5-minute walk to the beach each day. We spend the mornings at the beach and the afternoons by the pool for my young son. The townhome had a carport area that had a shower head near the back stairs and a water hose to be able to easily clean all the sand off each day. The first floor had an entry area to be able to leave shoes and such each day. The second floor had a den, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom. The third floor had a large master bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms had a balcony with chairs. The den had a deck with a table and 6 chairs for eating outside. The towels and bed linens were very nice and thick compared to many rentals we've experienced which was a nice surprise. The mattresses were very comfortable in our opinion. There was a TV in the den and both bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked including an air fryer for my son's chicken nuggets as well as a Keurig where you could make either a pot of coffee or use the k-cups for the grandparents. Overall, I think the owners of this property have tried to make this a very comfortable home away from home and tried to think of all the things that are nice to have when you're traveling. I would definitely stay at this property again.
