Very responsive to the TV remote issues and a lot of centipedes but that would be expected so close to the water. They sprayed and that helped. Very clean location and beautiful view!

We had a truly wonderful time here. The property offers gorgeous, scenic river views, and it was fascinating watching the submarine base activities right from the front porch. It is incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect, inspiring place to sit down and write.A huge bonus was the easy accessibility that made the visit completely stress-free for my mobility-challenged friend. We will definitely be back again!

The location is excellent. If you're looking to stay at incredible place by Groton Submarine Base, or the US Coast Guard Academy - you can't go wrong here. There are note better hosts out there.Please note: There is a railroad track between the location and the water that does service the Submarine base (and others) that runs occasionally at night (once in my 3 night stay). At first, I thought it disruptive, and then it made me appreciate how hard our services are working for us. It's not like staying at an airport w/ continuous noise. It's discreet, and if you take a minute, it's awe inspiring.- BubbleHead '00

What a beautiful house with the most amazing view. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return again. Very clean, very comfortable and a perfect location. I would highly recommend this lovely slice of heaven on the Thames River to anyone!

Great location for visiting the Coast Guard Academy! The place was very comfortable with modern updates. Beautiful view too.

One word to sum up this place AMAZING! The location was perfect! You’re close to everything including great food places. It was so nice to have coffee on the patio and watch the Coast Guard practice sailing. Lastly, the sunsets were SPECTACULAR!

Property location was amazing! The patio was comfortably furnished to enjoy being on the river and watching boats and sunsets. The host made us feel like friends. The condo was as nice as the photos and the kitchen was truly set up for cooking if you like! We will stay there again!

Very responsive host. Wall of windows and covered patio with astounding view of the River Thames. Perfect for a weekend hideaway. Perfect spot, great host and lovely home…we’ll be back!

Girls trip

Friends stayed for the weekend to see Mystic and the beach. Easy drive to both. Some cute things to see in Groton. Great visit and comfy spot for a girl's trip!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We love it and we definitely will consider staying there again. The owner is awesome. He was onsite during our stay. He is very friendly and extremely helpful. The views from the property are amazing. Every day has different views and we never tired of them.
