WOW!!! What an incredible place! Completely remodeled and updated, you will feel like you are staying in new construction, but at half the price! Not to mention, it is less than 2 minutes from your door to the Sugary White sand and Gulf of Mexico! Gulf Winds East #33 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental. Only one parking spot available per condo. Canopies or tents are not allowed on this beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the attendant.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Reviewer Comments: The property was super nice and clean, not to much utensils in the kitchen, but everything was nice, clean, ans so close to the beach, the only bad thing is the people that stay on unit #34 were screaming all drunk and cursin and been un respectful and we could not enjoy seating outside because of that, we were a little concerned about it because when you have little ones the last thing you want them to hear and see is drunk unrespectful people.

Top-Notch Rental!

What a great place! It had everything we needed for our stay. It was SUPER clean and the booking/communication made it a breeze. The king size bed was soooo comfy. My husband and I wanted to bring it home with us! Thank you for making our beach vacation so great!

Hidden treasure

We absolutely loved this rental, very clean and well stocked with all essentials needed to cook a wonderful meal. A perfect little stroll to the beach and no need for parking in the horrendous public access. Private beach access was the best part. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting in that area.

Amazing spot for family vacation

Condo was clean and huge! The neighborhood was great and quiet! Short walk to the ocean and pool was beautiful! We will absolutely stay here again!

Incredible Experience, Definite Must

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family of 3; however, I think it would be great for a family of 6 as well. The unit is large enough for people to have their own space and privacy. It is really clean and has all the supplies needed to cook and stay out of the busy restaurants. The management off-site is amazing. We never encountered the on-site management team. The unit is located at the back of the complex which provided a lot of privacy; however, the complex is not too big that you feel stuck in no man's land. We were walking distance to the beach which was less than a 5 minute walk.

It was good

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t like new rules about check in and check out there’s fee to i it for early check in before 4 pm i drive from Chicago to Destin and to pay extra on top of what I paid for reservation I lose a day on check in 4 pm then check out 9 am two days lost basically . Not happy

This is a very considerate and well put together rental and perfect for you stay at the most beautiful beach in the US! All the furnishings were updated and the bed in the master suite was very comfortable. I highly recommend this location and will be looking to stay here in our future visits to Destin!
