Recently updated, this spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhouse sleeps up to 10! Relax on the balconies off of each bedroom and enjoy the sounds and breezes from the Gulf. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin size beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental during the peak season. Only one parking spot available per condo. Canopies or tents are not allowed on this beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the attendant.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Family Spring Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family joined seven other families in the same condo complex for a spring break trip. We’ve traveled together for years and have always gotten one house. With kids getting older, we decided to try our own places, but still be together. Location was great - near the beach and close to shops and food. The heated pool was also a nice feature of the complex. The condo was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good, which is always nice when you’re rinsing off a day in the sun and sand. The carpet upstairs could use to be replaced, but overall it was a nice trip with a nice place to stay. Would return and would recommend to others.

Love this condo

This is our second time staying in condo 45! We love it! We have 2 small kids that absolutely love the bunk beds. The walk to the beach is super close, so if you have lots to carry no worries. great location for all restaurants. Pool is great and warm. Property is clean. We love it here! totally recommend for a family of 4 or 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took the family on spring break and stayed at Harmony Beach. This unit was nice and a good location. Upon arrival, we noted the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. We called the management company and within 30 minutes someone was there working on it. Great response and had it fixed within an hour. Unit was clean but not spotless. We did catch a little noise from the parking lot behind the unit. Other than that, great place.

Love Our Stay

Great unit but no working dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in our vacation except for the dryer was broken the entire time. We believe it was broken before we arrived. We let maintenance know and they said they were going to send someone out and nobody showed up. They did offer us a dryer at Carpi but the would be an inconvenience because we would have wasted half a day waiting for clothes to dry. There were little mosquitoes in the master bathroom. They did offer to come out an spray but we had little ones with us. I suggest putting up some hooks on the balcony for towels and whatever else needs to be dry since you can hang them over the balcony.

Nice to see buildings being exterior updated but should receive discount or be made aware of major construction project. Unit nice but downstairs toilet with hand waving flush bad batteries better to have regular handle flush. Washer dryer issues vent plugged fire hazard.

Nice stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo overall was nice. The only real complaint we had was the howling noise in the walls whenever you turned on the water. I have no idea what causes that but please get it fixed. The condo is well decorated and is in a great location. I’m sure we will be back but will probably avoid this condo due to the noise from the water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but not fond of the 2 huge bugs that we had to kill. These bugs looked like huge cockroaches. These bugs was as big as 2 adult thumbs put together. Very creepy. The place looked like the pictures. We did have a few small issues at first buy maintaince fixed those and the rest of the week went fine.
