The property listing was accurate, the house was clean and offered many amenities. The lake view was incredible and the host was top notch! Great communication and thoughtful touches made this trip amazing. Would definitely recommend and would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The location is great - very private, yet close to town and with easy access to both sides of the lake by car. The home was clean and spacious, with great views from every room. The outdoor area was also spacious with plenty of entertainment (kayaks, fireplace, dock, etc). We would absolutely stay here again.

Place is super close to watkins glen and was perfect for our froup for race weekend. Great stay.

It was lovely. I know the area well, having lived there. We moved across the country in the late 80s yet still have many friends in the area and return most years typically renting a lake house. As should be the case, the view of Seneca Lake even whilst in the house was all one could want with many large window lake views. Enjoy!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We swam, we fished, and we soaked in the grand lake views from every room. Getting into town for dining and supplies was easy, and there are many great hikes within about a 30 minute drive. Most importantly, it was evident throughout our stay that the owners genuinely seek the best experience possible for their guests.

The house had very comfortable accommodations meeting all of our needs. Tom was extremely helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had about docking/launching our boat! The location was very convenient. We could even walk into town to get ice cream :)

Unbelievable view of Seneca Lake! Sitting on the dock and just watching, chatting and enjoying the sunshine and the ripples on the water!The house was well laid out and immaculate! So glad we picked this home…it was wonderful!

Beautiful lakefront cottage close to amenities

Had a terrific week at this roomy and clean lakeside cottage. Lots of toys (kayaks, paddle boat, etc) to keep the entire family entertained. Also within walking distance or bike ride to great restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals and state park with beautiful waterfalls.

This house was just perfect for our weekend wine tasting girls trip. Three moms and three daughters. The moms all had their own bedrooms while the girls enjoyed the big room where they could all sleep together. Perfect location, very close to town where we caught the wine trolly on Saturday and then sailed on the True Love on Sunday.

I've been staying at various rental properties in the Watkins Glen area for about 5 years now as my company sponsors the annual NASCAR race every year. Tom and Regina's home is the best one I've stayed in yet by far and I won't stay anywhere else moving forward. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. The spaces were great for hosting and hanging out and the views are incredible. Tom's hospitality is the best I've received in my years of traveling for work. It was like staying at an uncle's lake house for the weekend. Tom loves sharing his space and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need to enjoy it the fullest. My only regret is not having much down time from our race schedule to be able to enjoy the house more. We will be back, both for work and for pleasure!

We’re delighted that Dan and his group enjoyed our home. We try our best to make our guests feel at home and make it their home away from home. Our goal is to have our guests enjoy this place as much as we do. It’s a great place for active guests and also a place just to take in the fantastic views and recharge.

Girlfriends getaway

4 girlfriends for a getaway week, we had the best time. The property was fantastic, we were so pleased when we arrived. Every bedroom overlooking the lake! Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful home right on the lake, perfect for our group of friends. Well stocked kitchen and amenities though the home. We loved the outdoor area, getting to use the grill and wood fire pit, and sitting on the dock in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Short getway to the FLX

We were looking to get away for a few days to relax by a lake. We have been going to the Finger Lakes for 25yrs and this was one of the best places we have stayed. The house was spacious, well appointed, and had amazing lake views from every room. The dock is great and the fishing was also good. The owner was very welcoming and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Our girls weekend was wonderful. Great water front location. Lots of room in the house and the most well stocked I have ever visited. Took a wine trolly which was the most fun without responsibility. Also a quick lake trip with Captain Bill. Location was perfect. House being across tracks and down a funky driveway made us a little leery of going out at night, but the motion lights helped tremendously and so it didn’t stop us!! Would love to go back again.

Amazing property!

Beautiful lake house with lots of amenities! Great view of the lake from every room and a lovely outdoor area. Really close to Watkins Glenn and so many of the Seneca Lake wineries/breweries/distilleries. Host was very attentive. Great property! ❤️

Great Fall Weekend Getaway Location

The property location sitting right on Lake Seneca and close to Watkins Glen was perfect for our family weekend! Views of the lake from all rooms was spectacular. Watkins Glen offered many dining and shopping options, we even walked into town for doughnuts and coffee one morning! Visited the State Park and many wineries in the area! Enjoyed the slow moving train right by the house, waived to the engineer!

Great location, great views

We came up for a three day race at Watkins Glen. House was very clean, beds very comfortable, enjoyed the amazing view, water so clear, if it had been a bit warmer might have taken a dip. Parking was a little tricky but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again...Thank you to owner and management for being so responsive with questions.

The parking situation here is tricky, especially at night, but you handled it beautifully. Late spring is a great time to be at the lake. The water is crystal clear, the fish are biting, the days are long and the weather can be delightful.

Great location with many amenities to enjoy

Great spot to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Owner has outfitted place with great toys to take advantage of including: kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, fish light, bug zappers, dock chairs, cornhole, great tv, board games, area info and maps, well equipped kitchen, detailed PDF instructions for various activities, backup generator came in handy during outage. This is also a great spot to see wildlife in and outside the water (mink, woodchuck, land and water birds, loads of fish). Centrally located for Seneca, Keuka, and Cayuga lake activities and adventures by boat, car, bike or on foot.
