This 3 bedroom/2 bath home has plenty of rustic, country charm while offering beautiful, recent updates, including new floors, fresh paint, new kitchen appliances, and new bathroom vanity. In time for summer 2023 all new interior doors and exterior sliding glass door for secure and easy entry.

Guests can easily access ample parking from the walkout basement. There's also another covered area for parking boat trailers. The boat ramp is only ~100 yards past the house, making for quick and convenient loading/unloading. *PLEASE NOTE: there is no boat dock available for docking boats.

Adjacent to the house is a separate area that will allow guests to park their boat trailers, RVs, etc. . Please note we do not have utilities for RV's or motor homes in the lower parking lot.

Arrow's Point is located in the Central Std. time zone and it is in a dry county. Also, if you enjoy swimming in the lake be sure to bring a flotation device.

Please take note that a fine of $200 will be assessed for any boats that are found parked in the slip by renters of arrows point.

Any damage assessed on the dock may result in additional charges.
