Pool renovation is complete and back open. Beach is fully accessible. Completely renovated condo with new granite kitchen and bath, new furniture including beds and all new stainless steel appliances. Self check in with contact free arrival using a lockbox on the unit. Enjoy this beautiful oceanfront gem with balcony and intercostal views. Home includes all new tile floors, new appliances, new sheets and towels, and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would ever need. Watch the sunrise from your balcony and enjoy the heated pool year round. Unit includes 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out sofa. Complex includes BBQ grills that overlook the ocean and volleyball court on the beach. This beautiful ocean front home includes free parking. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar. Please NO PETS ALLOWED. Security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure.

I loved the well kept condo.The decor was beach theme and fitting for the ocean condo. Overall it was a very beautiful place to stay. The only 2 complaints that i had was there was only 1 washrag and we booked for a week. Also i pull a muscle in my back due to the balcony door being so hard to open. Definitely needs to be workes on so noboy hurts themselves like me. I would stay here again.

Nice Beach Getaway

The property itself was nice and clean but definitely a little more outdated than I expected versus the pics. It has been remodeled inside, like the kitchen and bathroom however it seems to be incomplete, especially in the bedroom with mirrors propped instead of hung and the living room having old decor and furniture mixed with modern. It was still suitable to stay in and the view of the inter coastal way was beautiful. It just needs a little more love to finish the renovation.

Summer get away

Everything we expected and advertised. Easy walk to beach, condo was clean and spacious for 2 adults. Already thinking about booking next year!

Beautiful condo

Looked as advertised. Love the view. First floor so the fact the elevator didn’t work was not a big deal. Laundry room clean and efficient. Will definitely return to this condo.

Lovely, quiet, and spasious place on the beach.

This condo is perfectly located on quiet Indian Shores. It is directly on the beach. The condo is lovely in decorations. It is a spacious place. The other guests were kind and friendly. I would recommend this to others and I would stay there again.friendly

The location was great, the beach was nice and quiet. I loved the fact the traffic was barely there and the cute local places to eat were fantastic.

Good stay prior to hurricane. Lots of work to restore

Unit was clean and stocked with all you would need. Due to the hurricane damage there was no pool. No grills or patio area no shuffleboard. These amenities were important crtfor us on looking for a place. I understand the hurricane but I did ask the owner in Nov when I could have cancelled or reduced my stay ihow they sustained the hurricane. No response except to send me pool rules which led me to believe all was well. One week would have been ok 2 was too long.

Rude property manager

The condo we stayed in was nice and clean the host was nice and understanding But the property management was very rude and not willing to help they took the assigned parking spot and changed it to across the street then gave the assigned parking space to another condo when going to the condo manager they said that they can do that and I tried to explain that my wife was in a car wrack before we come down and she couldn’t walk very far they didn’t care We have stayed at this same condo building for the past 6 years and the way we was treated this year I will not go back personally I thank that’s what they want is not to have renters there at this condo building anymore they just want resident to be there you feel like a intruder in there space also the property in past years was clean but not this year it is getting ruined down Thanks William/Tammy J

Slightly disappointed

Overall, sadly, did not live up to our expectations. The property itself seemed dirty and just needed a good scrub! It was remodeled, but I dont know that it was "recent". There were blinds on the bedroom window, but no drapery resulting in the ability to see into the room from the walkway outside. The noise from the road below the balcony was constant and the sliding door didnt "slide" or lock. The sliding doors on the bedroom closet, fell off the tracks when opened/closed. I specifically asked about beach chairs and towels. The towels were fine but the chairs provided had rust on them and one had a broken arm. We came back to the condo one afternoon to find that an exterminator had been in the condo, which we were not informed would happen. Finally, there was some sort of construction happening in the building that started every morning around 8am, so no need to set an alarm! We DID enjoy the pool and being able to walk right out to the beach every day! Both were great.

Great Location But

The location was great, steps from Beach. The Building was having construction done to exterior which was not mentioned. We were woke each day at 8 am to Air Chisels, Air Hammers and once on Beach the Construction noise was very loud.

Call property before you book

Arrived 30 minutes early for check in..check in was 3pm.. condo was not cleaned.. after calling owner he said it would be cleaned by 7:00 pm.. he did refund me a day stay. They are doing construction on building and they started what sounded like a jack hammer at 8am every morning and lasted till 4pm.. it was so loud.. one wash cloth and no soap.. location was great right on beach and nice pool. Gate to get into pool where when people came through it slammed shut which was very annoying and loud and it was continuous due to people coming and going. Would have been nice it people would have closed it instead of letting it slam shut. Only remodeling was kitchen.

On the beach

We wanted a place on the beach with a heated pool and this place checked the box. Wish it had a view of the beach instead of the parking lot and road. Road was noisy with the thin sliding doors. Shower and one of the bathroom sinks have the hot and cold water switched. Once we learned that the shower was more pleasant.

Most of the dishes and silverware were filthy when we arrived and the place was NOT clean. The couch has stains, there's dust on everything, dust on light fixtures in the bathroom, Most light switches are filthy, and fridge handles were sticky and nasty. Reversed hot/cold in shower (2 days without warm shower and no notes about it yet the owner knew) Closet doors in the hall got stuck closed, took me a while to get them to open again. The bathroom door is fifthly and has not been cleaned in likely years. Shower bar is rusty and filthy, curtains are nasty and old with mold on them and mold in the corners of the shower. All sliders are so old and hard to open. Deck slider doors dirty, We bought a brand new pan since the one provided had the nonstick surface all peeled off and was unusable. There wasn't even a spatula. We left then for the next poor souls who stay here. Tile in the pool is broken and missing in several places. Lastly "Newly Renovated" is a complete farce. Other than a horrible paint job and changing out of appliances and flooring, this place is nothing like a renovated property or newly done. I took a ton of pictures to prove these things. Very sad to say that we are very unhappy with our stay.

Nice place

Enjoyed everything except the balcony. The air conditioning vents on the balcony so between the hot air and the noise it was like being in a boiler room. If you are not a balcony person the place was great.
