From the moment that you arrive you will be swept away by the views this house offers. Perfect for a family, or friends traveling together this house is your home away from home. It is expertly decorated to allow you and your family to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private 60 foot dock will allow you to explore the ocean as you please. The area is great for fishing, snorkling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. When you are not busy exploring the ocean you can relax in the private pool. Marathon is just a short 50 mile drive from the heart of Key West.

The 2 Bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom house is fully furnished. Both bedrooms offer king sized beds, dressers, and nightstands to store all of your belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking and dinning needs. A large island offers extra seating along with the large dinning room table. The living room offers a queen sized sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The 60 ft. dock attached to the back of the house allows boaters to bring in and store your boats while you enjoy the house.

This is a sister house to the house next door, Listing #1034656. The difference in the two is that the #1034656 listing is located on a double lot, has twice the dockage and is a 2bed/2bath.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location for exploring the Keys. And the hosts were absolutely fantastic. Definitely would stay here again next time we visit the Florida Keys.

Beautiful views in the front and back yard. The house and property was very clean with everything you could need. The ac was the best I’ve seen in the keys. The beds were very comfortable and The location is close to many beaches, museums and restaurants. We will definitely come back again

This house was just perfect for us. We needed a soul soothing trip and we definitely got it here. The moment we walked into the house, we couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this beautiful place. The open space, the views, the canal and the pool were amazing. The owners supply everything and it was so nice, we didn’t want to leave when the week ended. It is close to everything, from delicious local restaurants Fish Tales & Kings Seafood, to our favorite state park Bahia Honda. Thanks again for making this a magical experience for us!

The home was lovely with excellent attention to detail and included everything we needed for our stay! The views from the front and back of the home are absolutely spectacular! We rented a boat for the week and had no problems in and out of the channel and the bait freezer came in handy! Would highly recommend this rental whether you’re coming to fish or relax in the sun!

Amazing house for our two week stay in the Florida Keys. Pool and fishing amazing for our 3 children and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location and host was great! Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 younger children). The pictures do not do this property justice. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots/pans/utensils, there were spices available, washer and dryer to use, very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, absolutely stunning views and the pool/canal were amazing extras. We would 1000% stay here again!!!

Beautiful view!

This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our time! Everything about the property was amazing! We love laying by the pool and fishing from the dock. It is a place we could see ourselves coming back to!

The place was spotless and as advertised. The channel behind the house is about 2 miles from good fishing. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom are up to date.

Excellent!

This property is beautiful and spotless clean. It's close to all kinds of good stuff; Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations. The pool was great. And it was short drives to both Key West and Key Largo. We would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay. The house was setup perfectly for two couples. We enjoyed watching both the sunrises and sunsets. Even had a dolphin swim up in the channel. Would stay here again without hesitation.
